Empty stalls and abandoned Houses in the outer cities have plagued our beloved

Providence. On behalf of orders from the Emperor, His Imperial Majesty Philip II,

the Secretary of State for the Treasury, His Excellency, Sir Henry Penton, and Lady

Mayoress Philippa Antionette, the Head City Clerk of Providence, The Honorable Sir

Otis de Rosius releases the Imperial Cities revised tax rates.

TAX DEDUCTIONS:

The Carrington Emporium placed on full display the failure of high tax on businesses,

driving out, arguable, the most vital part of the economy, we welcome our business-

owners and merchants, farmers and bakers, painters and tailors back by lowering

the tax on the Carrington Emporium from 50-60 marks to just 30 marks, and there shall

be no initial price.

Vimmark Roussard Street is one of the most well hidden gems in Providence, it hosts a

lovely Rose Garden, Gazebo, and views of Henry's Wharf, the Providence Light, and Bay.

It being so close to the square it's quite impressive to see how many people miss it. The

street is so well hidden in fact that some government officials did not know of its existence

and thus the tax on it shall decrease from 40 marks to 20 marks and initial pricing shall be set to

40 marks.

Pompourelia Street, commonly referred to as the Industrial Sector, was home for many workers

of the former Mill in Pompourelia 4, in more recent years the apartments have been converted

into massive, one family homes, rivaling those on Little Ves. It's only downside is the distance

between it and the gates, thus the taxation rates shall be lowered from 80-40 marks down to

60-20 marks. Initial pricing shall be set to 45-30 marks.

Adria Street, an uptick in violence on the once quiet street brought the value of housing on it

down by a sizable margin and chased the many residents within it out. The culprits have been

identified but to encourage buyers and remind them there is nothing to worry for, the tax on

properties of Adria Street shall be lowered from 40 marks to 10 marks. Initial pricing shall be set

to 30 marks

Marshall Lane, an enchanting, overgrown sanctuary hidden behind Komnenos Avenue is often

times forgotten by the Clerks themselves. It's expected to flourish in the near future but for now,

it sits pretty with the tax deducted from 40 marks to just 20 marks. Initial pricing set at 30 marks.

TAX INCREASES:

Little Ves Lane, the name deriving from the legendary Golden City of Ves, it is no wonder the rich

flock to the area, for the name and massive housing but it costed roughly the same amount as a

stall in the Carrington Emporium. To live on a street with such cleanliness and quiet, constantly

patrolled by the ISA it shall be raised from 40-80 marks to 80-120 marks. A place meant for the rich

shall be taxed accordingly.

Selm Street, second only to Little Ves in cleanliness and popular amongst the middle class for it's

beautiful views and massive properties, it shall receive an increase in tax by a slight margin of 10 marks to make

up for the deductions in the outer cities.  40-60 marks to 50-70 marks. Initial pricing shall remain the same.

"The tax is still too high." Stor says pinching his brow "I asked and asked and now, when I have finally left and all the shops are empty, do they lower taxes... to still an insane amount for what they are offering. A stall in the corner of the city should not cost 4 times the average cost for stalls of similar size in other cities."
