-How old are you?: 17 years of age, with a birthday in the middle of November for all the Astrologically inclined.

-Time-Zone/Country of Residence: (GMT +8:00) / Australia

-Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: As the main mode of communication between humans and among the few means by which we can relay abstract concepts and our own intricacies I fancy it is a rather nifty skill to develop, so I practice whenever feasible. Whether I have a good grip on English depends alot on if it's been submerged in lubricant recently. And the judgements of the people whom I am conversing with, of course.

-Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: If I cared in any remote way about Truth I'd need to edit this on a daily basis. Let's see; 6'1" tall, dark hair, pale skin, dark olive eyes. Has a knack for jumping into wells in search of thoughts.

-How much time could you be on the server weekly?: Varies conditionally. As a conservative estimate I shall go with ~15 hours per week.

-How long have you played minecraft?: Since version 1.4 if I am not mistaken, so roughly 6 months. *fondly recalls struggling to survive the first night*

-What do you know about roleplaying?: If I have understood the concept correctly: to participate in a unique reality and to assume a role specifically tailored to that aforementioned reality; with an appreciable degree of skill and effort. To literally 'make-believe'. Belief makes. Descartes had a good idea.

-What do you expect this server will be like?: I am anticipating a well constructed world rich in features and a satisfying amount of individuals worth sharing it with.

To specify further: the Undead need to be reminded their use-by date has since past and that there is little room in the world for sour milk.

-What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: There have been a few different servers that I have played on and which I have not officially left.

I suspect their members will be seeing a tad less of me if my predictions about this server are accurate.

-Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?: Affirmitive. Read The Law again. Read The Lore again for good measure. One cannot roleplay well without knowing something of the world you're in, hm?

-How did you hear about us?: Whilst browsing through the web for Minecraft resources (mods / texture packs) I came across a mention of the server via Scuttles LB Photo Realism forum page.

-Character Name: Dio Astóre

-What is your Race?: Elf > High Elf

-Biography: Dio Astóre, like most High Elves, spent a great deal of time studying Herblore; learning to manipulate Nature's resources and the powers of the earth for the benefit of his kin and allies. At an early age he learnt the importance of political involvement; strong ancestral bonds dictate that he participate in the affairs of his people and uphold the families honour.

The cultural influence from prominent Elvish figures has left its mark on Dio's own perspectives: during his youth he was keen to listen to others, to learn from their experiences, indeed - to learn 'how' to listen.

Paradoxically his combat instructor seemed to think a new pair of pointy ears might of done him a grand service, however even with the vehemence of young age he had little energy to spare for the matters of war, instead preferring to aid the more physically apt of his contemporaries with his knowledge of healing and cultivation.

As an Elf, Dio has had the privelage of being the pupil to many teachers, with whom he would love to adventure as often as circumstance permitted, providing the opportunity for him to assimilate a diverse spectrum of what life had to offer.

It was during his travels with an old companion and mentor that he too would eventually derive meaning from what it was that death had to offer.

Tears and red dust for Dio Astóre that day. Nights lost to melancholy and doubt. Time lost to fear. Hope lost to evil. Loss permeated every pulse that resounded in his chest.

A while it would be before realising what it was his soul gained that day. A day ended, a life ended. A day began.

A life began...

-Character Age: 82 years of age; most of the Human friendships he formed in his earlier years are coming to an end.

-Character Appearance: Dio has a fair complexion and light skin colour - like most Elves - a striking contrast for his eyes, which are a vibrant purple; on either side of which is a small gold colouration meant to symbolise a desire to see the world through purity and a homage to the Dwarves.

Likewise the white mantle along with a bright green emerald clasp further represent the shared love of purity and Nature among the Elves, on various levels. As a High Elf he has the trademark platinum hair; coupled with his still youthful features make his race instantly recognisable without concealment.

-Character Personality: A superbly temperamental being; Dio exhibits little consistency in relation to his emotions and actions. Prone to subtle cynicism as much as to wild compassion, he is distrusting of emotions on the whole, however acknowledges and profoundly recognises their importance.

A parody of the volatile and alternating nature of feelings, he likewise changes on a frequent basis to accustom to the situation, a trait that has likely been derived from attending formal meetings regularly along with the travels he's partaken in.

Astóre is ultimately loving and values growth and truth above all.

-Your ambitions: First and foremost: to assist in the welfare of the Elven people and to extend their prosperity to all the beings that would share Aegis. Whichever opportunity serves these aims best is the extent of ambition for Dio. Prosperity of others comes before the prosperity of the self.

-Can your character read or write?: An avid collector of tomes and scrolls, reading and writing are among the first talents Dio commited to improving. More rarely will he pass on wisdom through books when compared to speech, and thus does more reading and talking than writing.

-Can your character mine?: Having visited several mining colonies and Dwarven cities on occasion he has information on the process of mining. Despite this he has next to no experience in the ways of rock and ores and prefers to spend time with the flora of a given region.

-Are you a capable builder?: Eager to help construct homes and facilities he has ample experience in architecture, although in the fields of mechanisation and automation he is much the novice.

-Can you wield a sword?: Not inept with a blade, he knows how to defend what is important, but comparitively melee combat is a shortcoming that he is glad others are able to compensate for.

-Enjoy Farming?: Much of Dio's time has been spent working with the earth and the vast array of Nature's diverse and complex systems. The creation of herbal medicines is if not useful a favourite passtime.

-Does your character have any special skills?: Not extraordinarily talented in most skills, potion making is a proficiency that he aims to create an equillibrium with to his charitable nature.
