I'm confused, I thought that the rules said:

- Do not PM Forum moderators about viewing your application, or asking why the application was denied. If you are denied without a reason. It means the reason was more than likely very obvious. Re-read your application and find what was wrong. And re-apply in two days!

Do you mean we can re-apply on the third day? I'm confused. For example, if I posted an application on the 9th, can I post a new one on the 12th?
