STARS ALONG THE HORIZON

As the gentle waves of the sea crashed against the sandy shores of the Aurumwood, the sky above spread out a tapestry of stars, each one twinkling in a different hue. The silvery light of the moon reflects off the beach in a soft glow, casting shadows that dance with the lapping of the water. The salty scent of the sea mixes with the sweet fragrance of the floral arrangements that lay near the coast, filling the air with an ambrosial aroma. The mali’thill gazed up with her amber eyes at the stars that dotted the night sky, each one twinkling like a tiny beacon of hope. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore was a soothing melody to her ears, and she closed her eyes, taking in the salty scent of the ocean.

As she sat there, Veralya felt a sense of peace wash over her. The stars above seemed to stretch on infinitely, and she couldn't help but feel small in their presence.
