In the past, in the era of Arcas and Almaris, mali’ kind stood as the pillars of progress and innovation. They had an ambition, one filled with goals and objectives that revolved around their people and their involvement within their home, land, and society prospered during these times. It was this prosperity that sparked the embers of ambition and led the Mali’ to a future filled with much progress within their own realms and caused growth within their families. Order, Justice, Prosperity, and most of all determination. These four fruits symbolise Aen’Aelorias greatest ambition. To fulfill the needs of her people and those who aspire to share the ambition with it too.

Such is the Council of Torin. Just like the constellation, continuously shining stagnant authority and leadership. The council maintains order and is the fine red tape against lawlessness. Their duty lies within those who serve the crown's will and wishes.

The council was created during 184 of The Second Age as a means to maintain authority within the insides of Aen’Aeloria. In the means to construct the vassal Xavier Adiler, gathered his greatest minds and allies to form an advisory who would assist him in the decision making of the land. Whilst also maintaining the land's laws and integrity.
