With the Grand Duke going on a holy pilgrimage to ensure his spiritual and physical wellbeing, the Grand Duchy of Silasia hereby enters into a regency, with the Heir to Silasia, Baroness Arowyn Scarlet Whitewood presiding over it as regent.

 

With this, she is hereby granted full administrative and executive power, equal to that of the Grand Duke in his absence.
