PRINCE'S SUPPORT 

 

Even following the passing of my father, the Silver Lubba, my interest in the survival of the state remains paramount, rather than revenge. There are threats both outside and within Lurin’s walls, threats that cannot be ignored. Former leaders of Lurin ignored these threats, for they were led by cowardice and sloth, and held no interest in serving the citizens of Lurin. These ‘leaders’ placing the state in the situation it is currently in.

 

Although I believe it would most likely personally benefit me to stand against the changes that are occurring to Lurin. I, like many within Lurin, do not believe I can confidently entrust one to lead who is neither chosen by the people or permitted to stay in power by the people. As such, I shall be renouncing any and all claims I have to royal titles and will be placing my full support behind the creation of a Lurinite republic. I encourage my family members to do the same so that more internal strife can be avoided.

 

Along with this I shall request that the future government, once formed, begin an investigation into all living former Silver Lubbas of Lurin so that they can be held accountable for any actions, or lack thereof, they took which resulted in Lurin being in the state of instability which it is now, and has been, in.
