The first Imperial meeting:

The Spider arrived at a cave and summoned the soldiers of the dark. Demons and undead emerged from the shadows to attend the first imperial meeting. Topics, strategies, and secrets were discussed. Tensions flared when a demon spoke out of turn, nearly sparking a fight, but the conflict was swiftly quelled. After the meeting, a message was sent to all known members of the HORDE;

Topics and orders that have been discussed:

 

1.  Ghouls, my soldiers. You must never place your virtues and morality above the well-being of the Kuruibi Horde. You are soldiers of the empire, not fools. We must act with strategy, not like wild barbarians or MORTALS. Remember the Third Law of the Heith-Hedran’s Flame; THE HAND: A follower must be the hand that writes tales and legends, the hand that wields the dagger. Every action must have purpose, to earn renown and expand the empire’s influence. Therefore, you must rise and take command. Be the actor of the stage, the one who controls and creates through chaos. Even a mere ghoul can become the strongest.

 

2. I offer you freedom. I offer you a bridge to pursue your twisted ambitions and worship your unholy gods. I will assist you in your rituals or any goals you seek to achieve, but never forget the hand that feeds you—it is mine, Igarashi Jorogumo, the last of the true Igarashi bloodline. I demand respect. Never lose sight of your position and the Igarashi dream. My patience is limited. The Heith-Hedran’s flame grants freedom, but in our hierarchy, strength must be honored. Furthermore, Blackheart and Shirunai deserve the same respect you owe to me as they are part of the THREE HYDRA.

 

3. Those who are not undead or weavers should not be regarded as equals. Only vampires can be considered as our peers. Any demons that cause trouble or show signs of threatening the Horde and the empire must be eliminated. Do not hesitate to act—execute any demon or fool who seeks to undermine our strength. Nevertheless, some of the non-necromantic remain our allies and must be treated with proper respect.

 

4. Laying siege to nations and villages is something evildoers have done for ages, but to what end? We are not Naele, or generally we are not insecure frost witches or the loud, screeching and felled Gashadokuro. We have no need to boast our strength with empty words or random acts of violence. We move in the shadows, acting with precision and purpose. We must use the prince of compassion and our people to infiltrate mortal society—befriending them, slipping within their walls, or involving ourselves in their politics, ensuring our influence never fades. Though we may be outnumbered, our strength lies in the element of surprise. Our wits and visions ascend over mortals, no matter what.

 

4. Tasks were assigned to our elder undead to disguise themselves as heroes, guiding other ghouls and creatures to perform heroic deeds. This will convince others we are the righteous side, sowing doubt and pushing them to turn against our enemies and join us. With that being said, my unholy warriors, although I ask you to save mortals at times and act with goodwill, remember it is nothing but a mask, a facade. That does not mean you should let others walk over you—kill if you must. Impale the innocent if necessary, but always act with the task in mind. Be clever and gain favor. The empire's dream is to grow into something grand, and that cannot happen without renown or the support of noble figures. But if they slight us, kill them. Simple as that. After all, it’s about sending a message. Regardless of that, Ryuji will be the leader of this. Send letter in his direction if more must be known.

 

6. Lastly, the cult of Khorvad continues to extend its influence over the dwarven kind. They have been tasked with recruiting forest dwarves to our cause. Blackheart and Grelu are leading this operation, and through them, we will undoubtedly grow our vile dwarven ranks. Soon, the desperate will see us as their saviors.

 

With that said, Igarashi Shirunai will oversee these operations and report directly to me. In two Kami weeks (2 IRL weeks), I will request an update on our progress. In addition, be watchful of betrayers for they will offer you false power as they have recently grown to destroy our dream..

We are not bandits, we are above the all. We are immortal, we are strong.
