THE PRAYER FOR ALBA

Oratio pro Alba

A prayer dedicated to the people of Alba

This is the prayer that has been said by me during the Christening of Alba. The people who are subject to my royal kin are of most importance to me as I was born and raised at the court of his uncle, His late Majesty, King John I, and I have been taught a lot regarding the principles of Canondom and considered him to be the father I never had in my life. I wish to make him proud with the years that I have left and  it is therefore that my prayer has been published for all Albans to use so they may grow closer to GOD. And so I pray for all of you, Amen.

O’ GOD Almighty, Sovereign and Eternal,

We call upon You, the source of all power and light, to watch over the town of Alba. In Your boundless mercy and strength, stretch forth Your hand to shield it from all threats that seek to undermine its peace and sanctity. Protect Alba, its homes, its streets, and its borders from the forces of darkness, from daemons who wander to corrupt, and from all enemies of Canondom who seek to sow discord and destruction.

 

Let Your divine presence stand as an impenetrable fortress around this town, guarding it against every scheme of wickedness. May no evil take root here, no malice prosper, and no shadow fall upon the hearts of its people. Empower Alba’s defenders with courage, wisdom, and unshakable faith to withstand all who oppose the cause of righteousness.

 

Pour forth Your blessings upon the citizens of Alba, O’ GOD. May they prosper in all their endeavors, their fields yield an abundant harvest, and their labors bring forth goodness and plenty. Let the bonds of fellowship among them grow stronger, and may love and unity reign in their midst. Bless their homes with peace, their work with success, and their spirits with unyielding hope.

 

Bless especially the royal family Alstion, O’ GOD, whom You have entrusted with the sacred duty of leadership over Alba. May they reign with wisdom, grace, and humility, always seeking Your will above their own. Strengthen them in moments of trial, fortify them against the snares of pride and temptation, and fill their hearts with a fervent love for their people. Let their rule be a reflection of Your justice, mercy, and righteousness, and may their lineage continue to shine as a beacon of faith and virtue for generations to come.

 

Grant to Alban leaders who walk in truth and serve with integrity, who seek Your guidance in all decisions and hold fast to the principles of Canondom. May they govern with justice, uphold the welfare of all, and remain steadfast in their devotion to You.

 

May Your light shine brightly over Alba, dispelling all shadows and illuminating the path of righteousness. Let it be a beacon of faith, hope, and strength, a town flourishing under Your divine care. We entrust Alba and its people entirely to You, confident in Your protection, provision, and grace.
