We, the Crown, wish to express our gratitude for the time Lord Sigmar var Ruthern spent in office as the Lord Speaker after having accepted his resignation a couple years ago now. We entrust the new Lord Speaker to oversee, encourage and moderate the Royal Duma to continue providing advice and viewpoints as well as changes to the Haurul Caezk to the Crown.

As is the prerogative of the Crown alone, we do hereby appoint Lord Sigmund Ludovar @Legoboy7984, Duke of Kvasz, to the position of Lord Speaker on account of his long tenure as the Lord Handler of His Majesty’s Royal Duma as well as authoring multiple advisory bills personally. King Karl IV entrusts Lord Sigmund with the Black Bulava as Lord Speaker of Hanseti-Ruska to be wielded in his name.

Let this appointment be recorded in the annals of our history, and let all subjects acknowledge and respect the authority of the appointee and their office. We wish his predecessor, Lord Sigmar, a happy and quiet retirement.
