ARTICLE I: SOVEREIGNTY

 

1.  The Grand Kingdom of Urguan and the Koyo-Kuni Shugonate, hereby referred to as the Signatories, agree to recognise the autonomy and right to rule of each respective domain.

 

ARTICLE II: ACCESS TO MINES

 

1. The Grand Kingdom of Urguan will grant mine access to the Koyo-Kuni, however will be unable to use them all at once.
2. The Grand Kingdom of Urguan will grant Mine Keys to [2] people of the Shugonate's choosing.
3. The Shugonate of Koyo-Kuni will grant Mine Keys to [2] people of the Grand Kingdom's choosing.
4. The Signatories respect the priority of one another’s miners and in the event of great urgency, allow one another to use their own mines first.

 

ARTICLE III: Kani Clause

 

1. The art of Kani (referring to the arching arts of Ryū, Respirvnda, Hamon, the Breath) is hereby recognised as an Oyashiman art.
2. The act of teaching the Kani arts to those not of the Oyashiman people shall be prohibited within the Grand Kingdom of Urguan
3. Any attempt by the Kani Practitioners to spread the Breathing Arts within the territory of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan will be reported to the Lands of the Scattered Sun. The actor must be detained and transported to the Shugonate.

 

ARTICLE IV: DURATION

 

1. This Pact will remain Eternal so long as Koyo-Kuni signs the Lonely Mountain Act and does not violate it.
   1. This Pact supersedes any conflicting terms listed in the Lonely Mountain Act.
2. This Pact will remain Eternal so long as the Grand Kingdom of Urguan does not violate the Pact of Sakura-Gakure.
