Haelun’or - Viru Trade Agreement

Representatives of the Silver State of Haelun’or, and the Lordship of Viru have met on this day to affirm their newfound friendship, signing this treaty to strengthen their bond. With the signing of this pact may we hope that both shall prosper further, and with time grow their commercial interests.

 

This document further serves as proof of the agreement between signatories and the domains in which they represent, the terms discussed and agreed upon are as follows:

 

On Trade

[ I ]: The signatories hereby agree that they will provide the other with a tax-free stall in their lands in which to peddle state goods.

a.) Furthermore, representatives of the realm will not be hassled at the others gate, should they be 

                  able to prove that they are in fact representatives. 

• A representative in this document is defined as a person working as a master of trade, or someone working for the master of trade to set up or stock a stall.
• Proof of being a representative will need to be provided either with a signed letter from the appropriate member of government, or with a letter sent directly to the respective guards.

b.) Concerns regarding these stalls shall be agreed to be solved cordially, and in good faith.

 

[ II ]: The Silver State of Haelun’or offers astrological learning and equipment to the Lordship of Viru, as well as alchemical and magical where applicable, in turn for Viru offering Haelun’or medicine as well as medical training.

 

[ III ]: The Lordship of Viru offers the Silver State of Haelun’or to have medics join their clinic.

 

[ IV ]: The Silver State of Haelun’or offers a small measure of books to the Lordship of Viru regarding their culture and history, at the discretion of the Tilruir’indor. In exchange the Lordship of Viru offers The State metals for their smiths (Iron, Gold, and possibly Netherite upon further discussion).

 

On Cultural Exchange

[ I ]: The signatories hereby agree to hold shared events in the form of:

• Joint training programs, both military and medical.
• Inviting one another to important cultural state events (I.E.: Quinces, kaliri’ham, etc.)
• Invitations to private events for government members to attend, should they wish.

 

[ II ]: Lastly, various cultural gifts of importance shall be exchanged between high-ranking individuals of the two realms, further signifying their deep friendship.

 

On Duration

[ I ]: By default this agreement will last five (5) years, at which point representatives of each realm may meet to renew.

• Renewal can be defined as either simply extending the agreement, or redrawing the terms.

 

[ II ]: In the unlikely case that the signatories violate the terms of this contract, or are otherwise unhappy with the current written terms both realms agree to attempt to solve it diplomatically, otherwise they dissolve the agreement mutually.
