If you'd like to save yourself some time, feel free to download the file from this link. To install: Extract with winrar Open %appdata% in windows taskbar Open .minecraft Open Distant_Horizons_server_data Open LOTC Drag and drop the extracted Azuras file, and replace the current version (Feel free to copy and paste the old version in case anything goes wrong).
