The Grand Kingdom of Urguan hereby agrees to engage in a Trade Agreement with the High Kingdom of Idunia.

 

During this time, the signatories agree to the following.

The Grand Kingdom of Urguan agrees to:

 

Supply the High Kingdom of Idunia with property of equal size or value to sell their wares in the Capital of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan.

 

Allow the High Kingdom of Idunia to open stalls within two Grand Kingdom vassal settlements.

 

Establish a Trade Route between the two Realms and participate in ensuring it is protected for the safety of traveling merchants.

 

Protect the High Kingdom of Idunia merchants within the Grand Kingdom borders, and in the event of lost wares, will attempt to compensate.

 

Protect the High Kingdom of Idunia’s merchants under the Traders Protection Act in the event of war.

 

To send a Urguani Trade Caravan to transport two distributions of Black-steel to the Royal Capital of Alduun for deposit using the established Trade Route every two years.

• Such will come into effect after the mines begin to produce more resources.

 

The High Kingdom of Idunia agrees to:

 

Supply the Grand Kingdom of Urguan with property of equal size or value to sell their wares in the Capital of the High Kingdom of Idunia. The property will be managed by the Merchant’s Guild of Urguan.

 

Allow the Grand Kingdom to open stalls within two High Kingdom of Idunia vassal settlements.

 

Establish a Trade Route between the two Realms and participate in ensuring it is protected for the safety of traveling merchants.

 

Protect Urguani merchants within the High Kingdom of Idunia’s borders, and in the event of lost wares, will attempt to compensate.

 

Protect the Urguani merchants under the Traders Protection Act in the event of war.
 

To send an Idunian Trade Caravan to transport two distributions of  each gemstone [diamond, emerald, and lapis] and four distributions of redstone to Kal’Baraz, the Capital city of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, for deposit using the established Trade Route every two years.

• Such will come into effect after the mines begin to produce more resources.

I. Duration and Enforcement

This Trade Agreement, made between the Grand Kingdom of Urguan and the High Kingdom of Idunia, shall remain in effect until either both parties mutually agree to its termination, until the end of the agreed duration of 6  years, or until one of the signatories violates its terms. Each signatory will be responsible for upholding this agreement within their respective borders. 

 

II. Breach and Termination

Should either party violate this Agreement, the opposing signatory shall hold the right to unilaterally terminate it. A deliberate breach shall constitute valid grounds for annulment.

 

III. Renegotiation of Terms

The terms herein may be renegotiated should one or more clauses become:

a) No longer applicable due to circumstances beyond the control of either signatory; or

b) Imbalanced in value owing to unforeseen external factors.

 

IV. Compensation for Breach

In the event of a willful violation, the offending party shall render unto the aggrieved signatory a fine of five hundred (500) mina per breach of contract, as restitution for damages sustained.
