Citizens of Viru, a small child has been found roaming the streets. She was found alone, in a frail state. She claims to be in search of her two parents, a man and a woman, and she further denies knowledge of where her home could be. 

 

If anyone is aware of a family missing a child, please do reach out to myself, Vivian Vincrute. The child, who is now under the name of Delphine, will remain in my care until her caregivers can be found. 

 

I encourage the families of Viru to help this child feel welcome and safe while she is remains in our beautiful city. She has a heart of warmth and needs people to share it with.
