A Hastily Written Warning

*The missive seems to be quite hastily written...*

Dear Citizens of Perduran, Belthian Federation, Horde, and Urguan,

Brian O'Murphy- otherwise known as The Don, is a dangerous criminal. He has attempted murder on  Angus Macfife, tried to burn down the tavern in Perduran, assaulted me, threatened me and my families lives, and has stalked me personally. Do not interact with him, and alert your guards.

He is a male human who is likely in his late twenties or early thirties. His skin is pale, and he has short blonde hair with different colored eyes. One is green, the other is a greyish color.  There were witnesses... there is living proof of what he did. Those who need to, contact me as soon as possible.

The Diarch sits in his office within the Palace of Gwendolyn, massaging his temples before looking up to the 2 Knights guarding the door, Sers Rhaegar and Duncan @Javert @BlushedRiver77" I already told those 2 to cease their bickering, let us drag them to trial."
He then begins to pen a missive.

To All Citizens of the Belethian Federation and Allied States who may be concerned by this matter,

Any attack on either Celia or Mister O'Murphy is directly discouraged by the crown, unless necessary for de-escalation and self-defense. Both parties are then summoned to stand trial before the Crown on charges of disturbing the peace, as well as any other charges that may arise from the discovery of these crimes.

Beleth is a realm of law and peace; the nobility and knights of the realm are expected to detain these individuals and ensure they are brought before the crown for trial. No entity other than the Crown of Beleth shall be permitted to render judgment under these crimes.

Glory to the Oak and Star,
His Royal Majesty, Peter I,
Diarch-Indivisum of Beleth, Archduke of Eicheria, etcetera.

Admiral Salem looked over the missive, giving a light chuckle. "pff, 'at crazy bastards already in trouble. Good fer 'im" . After a few more moment of thought, and realizing how this would look on her, she gave a slight sigh and threw the paper into the ocean

Maddock Tam ready this and growled. He had only interacted with Brian a few times, but he always didn’t like the vibe he gave off. Now he knew why.

Wrenn's eyes widen as she reads the missive, over and over. She thinks back to the few couple of interactions she'd had with Brian as his employee. She had just wanted to work an honest job. Instead, she had gotten dragged in to his mess as an 'associate'. "So, he's a lot worse than he let on... shocker. And that bastard never paid me for my shift before the war broke out." As the Diarch's missive arrives shortly thereafter, Wrenn realises this might be the only chance she gets. She begins writing a short, anonymous response:

"For Celia,

know that you are not alone in regards to Brian O'Murphy. If needed, call upon his hired shopkeeper to testify against him. I am on your side.

Signed, a friend in Cerulia"

Spoiler

Will send a letter in game! Do not metagame etc etc o7

Celia'dant sat in the clinic, having been shoved and accosted a rib thanks to the deviant man in question. Her daughter kept her company in the clinic, and her cousin Celia sat nearby as well, writing the very missive.
