[Debate] ST Metal Jewellery & Reforging Costs

Should ST metals smithed into valuables like rings, crowns, jewellery, coins, etc not lose their value when reforged?

Just a thought that popped into my head.

I think it would make dividing wealth a lot easier, without turning 50% of the metal into nothing in the process- and then again when the metal is inevitably reforged into another thing. Additionally, COINS would actually be able to exist with the metal, thus meaning people could then use it as actual currency in more situations. People already do, it's just reserved for those that are rich and have a couple thousand mina to spare with ingots.

 

Only real downside I could see with this is just inconsistency with the rest of the material compendium system, but. I don't think it would be that complicated to grasp if it's clearly defined as what is and is NOT considered 'jewellery' or valuable.

I think this would be novel, and isn't harmful. Also think of how fun it would be to reforge captured enemy equipment into currency.
