Let it now be made known, proclaimed with reverence and gladness across the Empire and unto the lands beyond its borders, that by the grace of the Lord Almighty and in accordance with Holy Law and Sacred Rite, His Imperial Highness, Caius Tiberias of House Horen, Prince of the Empire and of Burgundy, Duke of Middelan, shall be received into the Holy Faith through the Sacrament of Baptism.

 

To this sacred observance, all loyal subjects, peers, clergy, and freeborn souls of the Empire are hereby invited and encouraged to attend, that the people may stand in unity and behold the rite take hold. Let bells be rung and prayers spoken, for this is a moment of both solemn devotion and great rejoicing.
