Warrant to Spread the Art of Ice and Water

 

Greetings, I am seeking one or two able-bodied individuals within the State of Idunia or a neighboring area in order to share the knowledge of Water Evocation; which to my knowledge, has become limited and more obscure in recent times, being one of the more obscure evocations. I seek to reignite it within the area by giving one or two individuals the opportunity to learn this moribund art. 

 

I will list the prohibitions and preferences for your plea to be considered.

 

Prohibitions of Character:

• Alcoholics
• Belethians
• Orcs (more than 30.4% Blood)
• Wood Elves
• Cerulites
• Half-Elves (not originating from the Union of Harren's Tribe and Sarai's Tribe)
• Sons and Daughters of Vampyres
• Dog-Women
• Halflings (living in Urguan & not affected by the Robertine Crusade)
• Dwarves
• Bards

 

Preferences of Character:

• Horenic Idunians
• Half-Elves (originating from the Union of Harren's Tribe and Sarai's Tribe)
• Elves (with more than 52.1% Fennic Ancestry)
• Halflings (not living in Urguan & are affected by the Robertine Crusade)
• Pious People
• No Criminal Record (beyond disturbance of peace)
• Repentant Acalonn (Cursed Children)

 

Although not explicitly required, if you can get me a letter of recommendation from your trusted local authority, mundane or magical, it will set you above any candidates that may contact me.

Juniper murmured to herself, crossing off prohibitions of her character. "Alcoholic... daughter of-- well. I'm not a daughter of a vampyre, am I?" She hummed, before continuing. Then, she began to cross off all the preferences of her character that she didn't meet. "Not an Idunian... not a half elf, not a fenn--thank God--not a halfling." She squinted then, and called over her shoulder, "Hanzo, am I pious?" That was a rhetorical question, because the next item she crossed off was, "not without a criminal record...." A pause. "I'm not quite sure if I meet criteria."

 

And then Juniper remembered she wasn't even looking to practice water evocation.

An elf woman living in the land of Idunia began to write a letter with the paper and quill she held.  "Hydromancy..." she whispered when she finished her letter!
