HEED, LEAL SONS OF HOREN; 

It is with heavy hearts that the House of Mareno announces the passing of its Patriarch and Prince, Cassius Mareno. A private funeral was held for His Serene Highness within the Principality of Myrine, attended by close family, trusted companions, and those who stood beside him throughout the many years of his life.

 

Cassius is survived by two generations of descendants. He was, above all, a devoted scholar whose pursuit of knowledge never faltered, and a stalwart warrior in times of strife. Within his family, he was a constant and guiding presence; a father who led his kin with warmth, and a grandfather whose pride in his grandchildren was evident in every word he uttered. His legacy endures forevermore as one of love and ambition.
