Beneath open skies and along the gentle rhythm of the tide, A Day Upon Dunes shall offer courtiers a respite from stone halls and courtly duties, replacing them with salt-kissed air and sunlit sands.

Guests are encouraged to wander the coastline, partake in light refreshments, and enjoy the fellowship of peers in an atmosphere both elegant and serene. Let this be a day not of politics nor petition, but of presence where the sea may quiet even the busiest of minds.

I. MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE 

ᐝ ꕀ ☼ ꕀ ᐝ

 

AS THE AFTERNOON UNFOLDS, attendees shall be invited to take part in a contemplative exercise: the casting of messages into the sea. Fine parchment and glass bottles shall be provided for those who wish to pen their thoughts, whether they be secret wishes, burdens long carried, confessions left unsaid, or tender letters to distant loved ones.

Once sealed, these messages may be surrendered to the tide, entrusted to the vast and ancient keeper of all things whispered. Whether the sea chooses to keep them or return them one day is its mystery alone.

II. SUNSET LANTERN RELEASE

ᐝ ꕀ ☼ ꕀ ᐝ

 

AS DUSK SETTLES, the gathering shall draw toward its final moment of quiet wonder. Lanterns shall be distributed among the guests, each to be lit and released into the evening sky.

Together, courtiers will watch as the lanterns rise and drift, their warm light dancing against the darkening waters below. In this ceremony, may all find renewal, unity, and the simple beauty of light carried upon the wind.
