[Amendment] its another werewolf one

Purpose:

 
The current lycan lore has "...it is not meant to be a combat CA, but a cool roleplay flare to add onto your story." at the end of this, and I feel like as a result of that, it was written to be severely underpowered.

 

Almost no fights are winnable while transformed, and while I get that fights shouldn't just be done to win, it gets tiring to have a guaranteed loss. It's not fun to only lose, the same as it's not fun to only win. This is a minor buff, in hopes of making it ever-so slightly more fun to play a lycan, and to engage with the mechanics of it. 

 

Changes are bold and italicized.

FOUR LEGS: When both hands are placed on the ground, a lycan is able to move up to [12] blocks per emote in combat when solely focusing on sprinting. They are unable to attack when in this form. It takes [2] emote to go from two-legs to four-legs, and their movement can count in the second [2] emote. 

 

MUSCULARITY: As a lycan, they are granted peak orc strength. If the lycan in question has voidal magic or sorcery, they will find that this curse transfers over, and that they only have as much strength as an elderly human. 

All that is changed is that they are granted orc strength when transformed, and they move 12 blocks on four legs. (as is standard for other mounts)

Yeah honestly, kinda needed. Right now it's genuinely you lose unless you have really good strategy, but that's powergaming because werewolves don't have brains or whatever
