What do you know about Roleplaying? What is it?: Role-playing games are stories. You create one of the main characters, and you create a story around your character. The rest of the players also create stories around their characters. And there’s an editor who brings those stories together. Each player takes a different character, and each character interacts with each other character. Role-playing, in this sense, is very much play-acting in the mind. You imagine what the Editor describes. Then, you imagine your character’s response to this situation, and describe that to the Editor and the other Players. They, in turn, each do the same with their characters.

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are. : Metagaming is a broad term usually used to define any strategy, action or method used in a game which transcends a prescribed rule set, uses external factors to affect the game, or goes beyond the supposed limits or environment set by the game. In other words it is breaking character or role-play. Powergaming (or power gaming) is a style of interacting in games or game-like systems with the aim of maximizing progress towards a specific goal.

What do you expect this server will be like?: I expect this server to be fun and active. My friend pinsir plays here and i hope to play by his side.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I have never played on any other servers so I wanted to try one i heard a lot of goo d things about.

Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?: Yes and I am going to reread them after I send in the application too.

How did you hear about us?: through my friend pinsir who plays here. He is a dwarf.

Character Name: Grimlin Skysword

What is your Race?:dwarf

Biography: His name is Grimlin Skysword. He is a dwarf that lived in the dwarf home city of Kal'Urguan. He does not have the best dwarven accent because his parents are an elf and a dwarf. His father was a great worrier in the dwarven military lead by Lord Marshall Thorik Braveaxe. He fought bravely in many wars. He decided to give up the military to come home and have a mining job. He keeps the salary for Grimlin's family. His mom stays at home and takes care of his two twin brothers, Wilson and Jeffery. She is a good mother and is very attentive. His two brothers are only infants but they are still learning and maturing every day. Four years went by of his brothers learning, his mom maintaining the house and his dad making a good wager for his family. One cold winter night Grimlin had a dream. In his dream five shiny figures came to him and told him he was destined for greatness. As they started to fade away Grimlin shouted to them "WHAT ABOUT MY FAMILY...MY TWO BROTHERS." Right before the light disappeared he herd faintly" they will become greater than you could ever imagine, just like you." After that Grimlin woke up with his heart beating very hard. He got up and walked into his kitchen, got a glass of water and took a deep breath and realized what he had to do. He needed to leave and follow what he was meant to do, become a great leader. The next night he told his parents what he was going to do packed his stuff and said goodbye to his family and right before he left he went to his brothers in their room and whispered to them “you are destined for greatness.” As he stepped outside he looked into the sky and thought to himself “I am ready to face my destiny no matter what life throws at me." With that he set of into the darkness ready for what lade ahead.

Your characters ambitions: To for fill his destiny.

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do? My character would go help him and try to get rid or capture the bandits to see where they came from.

Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer? My character would say “hello” to the shop owner and get what I wanted and go on with my day.

I am failing to understand your Role-playing question. What's this editor ?

You are 13 years of age. I am reading your biography and then read your meta gaming & power gaming explanations and I am 99% certain you have copied and pasted it.

I can not understand your biography due to sentence structure not making sense. This maybe not a fault with you as I struggle reading bad spelling/bad grammar and bad sentence structure. I will get another Application member to come read and if they decide different I will allow them to over-rule my decision if there is no comment than they agree with my decision.
