loopmoploop 5 Share Posted December 23, 2011 I: Leadership/organization - Who should be in charge of what? I say that there should be one or two general commanders of everything. And commanders for a branch of something, which I will get into below. Those commanders of the branch would report to the one/two commanders. In the case of an emergency, when no upper rank is around, the branch commanders take command in a council type of thing. Also, by emergency, I mean enemy attack or something. II: Efficientcy - What could make us better? Break the army up into divisions. Archer division, Swords division, Axes division. Each branch has its own commander and officers. They train individually as groups, but work together in times of war/Mira rescues etc. III: Trainings - What's fun, what's useful? Have everybody do it as a group within their division. Better rp, more specific training depending on branch. IV: Ranking up - How would you want to rank up? I enjoy the current ranking system. Do epic stuff in battles, be in a lot of battles, do good in training/do a lot of training = promotion. But we need a specific officer to keep track of how good people are doing. I was a killa for two months before somebody remembered that fact and promoted me. We need to keep track of people. V: Other - Cake at the trainings? I believe that a lot of the government system now is working, but could definitely be tweaked to be much more efficient. For Example: Berserker Branch: -Run by the "Berserker Nob (not the name of the actual rank, sounds really dumb)." -Berserker Nob would have to be level 100 Axe Mastery and have a villain app for at least 1 and 2a. -Rank in the branch would be based a lot on skills, as it gets higher, villain applications will be required. EX: (All names subject to change) Berserker Nob: Lvl. 100 A.M., VA: 1, 2a, etc. (Chosen by WarBosses and such.) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Berserker Brute: Lvl. 90 A.M., VA: 1, 2a, etc. Berserker Marauder: Lvl. 80 A.M., VA: 1, 2a, etc. Berserker Bully: Lvl. 70 A.M., VA: 1, 2a, etc. Berserker Ruffian: Lvl 60 A.M., VA: None needed, suggested to have by Lvl. 50 axes. The ranks go on as is now, and yes I know this isn't the order the Krughai is currently, I just threw the names together. The other branches would go just like this, with the different skills, each would be run by maybe 1 or 2 WarBosses that could go and pick who their nobs of the branch are. II: Efficientcy - What could make us better? As for efficiency I believe a more organized hierarchy should be implemented. For example, there must be a council, lets say, one a week, that the different WarBosses can explain how their "branch" is doing and what they plan on doing, it could organize how we train our new runts and help establish basic rules based on our military. I think, somewhere between the capitol and the "other stuff" (most orcs know what I mean) we should have a central military keep. Inside there would be a few areas for training, as well as becoming a stronghold for the Orcs incase of an emergency where something bad would happen. The Military Council could be held there as well. I believe that Nobs should have a bit more control on their branches because there will be maybe 2 to a branch. As well as making BigBosses and WarBosses more controlling over their branches. They should also directly meet with each other in the meetings I suggested above. III: Trainings - What's fun, what's usefull? I personally like to do training courses that test the soldiers ability to endure their environments. For example, there is a set course, that changes every weak with a different biome theme or something, this allows us to keep people on their toes and be able to endure in any environment we may go to war in. I also believe we should have constant tournaments (1v1) with select weapons each time. It would encourage our men to train each of their skills at least moderately while specializing in one of them. IV: Ranking up - How would you want to rank up? I think in general the ranks should stay the same with just a few less and more authority to Nob, WarBoss, and BigBoss. Lugmak 20 Share Posted December 23, 2011 I was actually thinking you could have a wrestling branch aswell, seeming as when you get to a serten level you can daze people which means the axemen and swordsmen would get a couple of shots in. So why lats nub have special groups? buh nub worry, me be havin' idea! Why not be havin' sorta "military families", yub? See, all da new runts cood be put inta a "class", like rich 'umies be havin' classes in der schools! Each "class" das have a ash-in-command, a dub-in-command, and whateva odda runts be in da class. Dat way, da runts be knowin' who dey needa report to and who be teachin' dem. And if dey do somdin' bad, da bub'hosh army uruks know who ta shout about dem at. Me tink dat every uruk should be havin' good skills in many ways a fightin'. Say de be needin' good skill ((30 or 50, perhaps?)) wit swords, axes, an' punchy!
