Alvarius Kashi is now hiring workers!

I will need a miner and a farmer to work for me on a private estate. The job requirements and pay will be as follows.

Farmer

I will hire a farmer who will have access to a small, personal farm in order to harvest some crops. The farmer must be able to harvest wheat, melon, and sugar cane - although the last is less important.

Hoes, seeds, and a room in the estate house will be provided for you and you will be paid per stack of crops.

One can earn:

- 100 minas for a stack of bread

- 30 minas for a stack of melon

- 10 minas for a stack of sugar cane

For you to get paid, at least a stack of each must be apparent by the end of the elven week. The farmer can be paid only up to 750 minas per week, so do not harvest huge quantities of crop.

Miner

I will also hire a miner who will have access to a private mine underneath the estate. The miner must be able to mine at least iron and gold but preferable diamond. Picks and shovels will be provided for the miner, as well as a room in the estate house, and one will be paid per ore.

One can earn:

- 10 minas per stack of cobble*

- 2 minas per lump of coal

- 5 minas per handful of redstone dust

- 20 minas per lump of iron ore

- 50 minas per lump of gold ore

- 175 minas per diamond

* in order to earn minas for cobble stacks, one must have at least an item of ore/coal/redstone/diamond for every stack of cobble.

The miner can only earn up to 1000 minas per elven week and can only be paid for up to 10 stacks of cobblestone per elven week.

As said before, both of the workers will be provided with the required tools as well as a room on the estate.

I will also provide food and protection for my workers should they need it.

However

Should either of the workers be caught stealing ((or abusing permissions to the area)) they will immediately be fired and possibly arrested, depending on the severity of the crime.

If one should work particularly well, one may receive a max pay rise, so if they continue to work at good standards their pay will only increase.
