Yeah, that's easy enough. Just a script that adds an effect on entry, and removes it on exit.

If you want to. I'm needing a person or a team to write some sweet storylines etc. Each race has its individual story which can end in exile or becoming a lord etc, depending on the players actions.

Sure. Most of them wont function as actual guilds though, just there for immersion.
