Alright. The first thing i want to make clear about this, is that yes, my username is 459pm. and yes, I'm using his account. After my little brother got banned, he gave up on trying to be unbanned and began playing other videogames, like portal 2. Therfor, he isn't playing minecraft anymore. He gave me his account for christmas, the same day he bought portal 2. I'd like a GM to delete skills/minas/buddy-list/inventory of Salmeer/459pm. So that i may start a new. I'm still good friends with mylimo7 because we have played on other servers together. That being said, please take this application, as an entirely new person, and judge it as such. I am not my brother, nor do i want to be. He also told me to say that he is sorry for what he did, and he won't be fighting for a 2nd chance anymore. I got the name Derick from the last application my brother made, and some of the information.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: i'll try to be on alot, but depending on my internet connection, i'd say 12-13 hours a week if not more.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.:

roleplaying is stepping into someone you creates shoes, you act, think, and behave just as that imaginary person would.

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are.

Metagaming is using information you learned by sources outside of "word of mouth in-game chat"

to better prepare yourself for in-game things, or for betterment of your in-game individual.

Powergaming is using game bugs, like block-jumping, lighting people on fire ( Salmeer had a problem with that...), and attacking without RP.

What do you expect this server will be like?: A massive community all working with perfect clockwork, to make the most realistic minecraft experience of all time.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: over 6, and i left because of lack of organization and amount of players.

Character Name: Derick

What is your Race?: Human

Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): Derick really doesn't know where he came from, or where he wants to go. He remembers waking up on a field north of al'khzar as a boy, and his mother's face when he was a child. He is 43 years old, although he may seem old compared to others in aegis, they will find he is quite good at survival. He has light brown hair with a small touch of grey to it. He was never very violent, only killing to survive if necessary. After spending many years in al'khzar, where he met Throdo Therving, he was driven out because of the undead. He lost the little he had in the huge attack. He now awaits to join the knights of Oren, in Galahar.

Your characters ambitions: To join the knights of oren. And maintain peace to oren once-more.

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do? *peers threw the small window to see a female elf, being attacked by two relatively large men, both wearing black tunics. He sneaks around the side of the cottage on all fours and pushes his ear to the outer wall.* "Wheres the money you filth!" says one of the bandits. "Tell me or I'll cut ye up right here and now!" *alarmed by what he hears, he pulls the bow from his knapsack and strings an arrow to it. He jumps up and fires one arrow threw the window very quickly, killing one of the bandits.* "You'll pay for that!" the other one says as he sprints out the small front door and takes off down king's road. *I run inside and find the elf* "are you allright?" i ask, just before noticing a small dagger in her neck. *the elf gargles blood for a miniute then dies. Derick buries the elf in her garden by the cottage, and prays for the elf's soul.*

Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer?

"Fine sir! and you? I'm looking for some potions, can you tell me where i may purchase some? I particularly need the speed potion.

But don't loose hope! After two days you can re-apply which gives you plenty of time to fix up your application and plan it out, as well as use all the advice I am about to give you to make it spot on. Also check out the links at the bottom of this page, trust me they really help.

In response to your initial message (and this is not why I denied you), I think that you may have to get another minecraft account to actually be able to join this server because how can you really prove that you are not your younger brother? This is the internet, and for all we know you could still be him. Perhaps first you could sort something out with the administrators or GM's and then they will let us know what they have decided, but what ever you do you have to have a way to prove you are not your younger brother. Also, how can we stop your younger brother from using your account and doing what he did to get himself banned again? I am not saying he most definately would, I am just saying it is a possibility needed to take into consideration. Now for my actual response:

Your definition of powergaming is incorrect, I reccomend the following: Do a google search, Join our team speak channel and ask an experienced member, go on the wiki (link found at the bottom of this post) and search for powergaming there.

To find your vote number look at the total number of votes for this server, because you were the latest to vote, this number is your vote number.

Please include your appearance and personality in your biography, but I do like the way you included the lore of Aegis into your application. Good Job :)

I would like to see at least a PARAGRAPH for both role-play questions, not just the first one and make sure for the combat question you abide by the rules of combat for the server. In role-play you will need to warn a villain before engaging in combat. At least a couple of lines from each person is needed for combat to initiate or it is considered a no-rp kill and you can get banned on the server for it. Do not just write:

I suddenly pull out my sword and kill the bandits. Then I ask the elf for money for helping him.

For the shop question, write a dialogue as well as the actions of all those involved. This goes as well for the shop question, do not just write a single line, write a full scene. Write the actions of all involved in the situation and what they say, how they interact with each other.

I want to see how good you REALLY ARE at RPing and I want you to try as hard as you can when answering these questions.
