TOWN CHARTER

MC Name: WOOSH10001

RP Name: Syndicate_Lord_Maximus or just Maximus

Town Name: Golden Syndicate Fiefdom

Why are you/your character starting this town? What role will it play?

I am trying to procure land for my guild to re-establish itself and grow on. We currently have 10 men operating out of a small tent in the Dwarven district. The Fiefdom will be a safe place for all of our members to live and work in prosperity. Although I'm attaching our guild charter which outlines it better, ((Here)) I should mention here that our three main functions as a guild are to gather materials for the kingdom and for contracts, to assist clients including the city of Alras on building projects, and to operate an elite private military group that can be hired for a fee. I am putting capable men in charge of each of these divisions.

What type of political system is enforced in this town? Is this town under the reign of any other nation at this time?

The Fiefdom will operate under the rule of Alras and follow its laws. Beyond that all guild decisions ultimately fall to the Lord of the Fief- Maximus, or the Captain (currently Pikel Boldshoulder) in the lord's absence.

What sort of behavior will residents exhibit? (Race relations, nation relations, etc.)

All member are expected to behave professionally and honorably. Stealing, brawling, and general misbehaving will not be tolerated.

Where would you prefer the town’s region be? Including a screenshot of the land would be nice (of game or map).

The area we have picked out would like on the cliffs outside the Arcane district of Alas.

This image should give a good idea of where we're talking about, the ? dimension means the size is open to discussion. High King Syrio gave me a verbal agreement for quite a large plot so this should be gone over in person.

--One other side note: this map is zoomed in quite a bit, so the plot may appear larger than life. Dont pass judgement without checking it out with me first.

Any other details (architecture, races, culture, etc):

We exist of all races, many of our leaders are Dwarves but most workers are Humans. As stated before our culture mainly revolves around being professional and respectful to each other. When the Golden Harvest started it was with the purpose of showing that Nature and Business can exist in harmony. The Golden Syndicate aims to continue with that vision and stay close to nature as much as possible with natural looking buildings and landscaping. ((but maybe not to the extent that elves are natural))

----In Aegis

Built several barracks in the Military district, helped with forge and keep as well.

Donated thousands of minas in materials for said projects (wood, wool, dyes, and stone.)

Provided copious amounts of white wool for the boat to Auslon

Did a full security report for Viceroy Gordok's Fiefdom

Delivered one full inventory of seeds to Harvest Dutchess Anora during a famine ((when the seed drop rate got nerfed so bad nobody could farm))

----In Auslon

Our men helped clear and develop the Dwarven district

We have donated a large amount of smooth and cobble stone to the city

We donated several stacks of seeds and bone meal to Elessar and Aislin in the Farms
