As you can see, I’m 13 years old. I love playing lacrosse, and basketball. I also enjoy music. I play the piano, trumpet, tuba, and violin.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?:

Well, with homework, basketball games, and music practice, I’d say 2 hours a day.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.:

Roleplaying is when you take the role of your character, and play as him. You’d act like you would in your lore. If you’re a farmer, you’d not apply to be in the Nation’s army.

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are.

Metagaming is when you use OOC (Out of Character) info, IC (In-Character.). Say I’m in the /ch ooc, and I hear someone say “This event at - is so cool!” I could not go there, as it would be meta. I’d have to be told IC.

Powergaming is basicly being un-realistic, and not giving anyone a chance to win. Say I was a bandit, and a guard was trying to arrest me. If the guard cuffs me, I can’t say stuff like, “Rips the metal cuffs with his strong arms.”, as that’d be un-realistic, and unfair.

What do you expect this server will be like?:

I expect this server to be a great experience in roleplaying, and meet friends OOCly, and RPly.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

I’ve played on Pitforge Survival server, and Exiled Gaming. I left as people PVPed to much, and I’d like a more calm server, where people RP.

Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

Growing up in the world of Aegis wasn’t an easy one, I tell you. Here’s how I grew up:

I was born in Kal’Urguan, or what’s left of it after the Undead took over Aegis. I was born to Valida Stonefist, my mother, and Andack Stonefist, my pa. We were a poor group, mostly made a living off of the little ore me pa brought up from the mines. While my pa had a job in the mines, my mother wasn’t that lucky. She didn’t have a job or nothing. No one would accept her to work for them, as they thought since she’s a women, she’s weak, and unworthy.

By the age of 96, Hidom was allowed to leave home, and make his own life. He became a farmer in Outter Kal’Urguan, working on getting food for the Legion Army, the warriors of Kal’Urguan. I always wanted to join the army, but I would always mess up, and fall on my face. The farm just felt right for me. I’d get a good pay, atleast enough to buy a home.

Years have passed, and Hidom has kept on farming, but things were about to change. It was a dark evening, the wind gustling, you could not hear a piece of laughter anywhere. Then, the lightning struck, the Undead were attacking! I ran into the main city, grabbing my items from my chest. I met up with me mother, and pa. We saw no hope in the battle, and we fled. At the cloud temple, the monks gave us a place to stay. I was grateful that we were safe, but I felt guilty about leaving Kal’Urguan.

Many months later, the undead took their final stand, at the cloud temple. It was horrible, flying squid beasts, pigmen, zombies, the screams of tortured souls... it was agonizing! I saw the Ascended, yelling at people to get into the Verge portal. I did as they said, but I couldn’t find my parents. In the commotion, I lost them. I was trying to get back to find them, but the crowd pushed me back, into the portal. I never found me mom and pa, but I’m determined to find them, and re-unite.

Your characters ambitions:

 

Supply the kingdom of Karik with food to prevent starvation, and to find his parents.

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do?

 

Hidom, being a bit scared of danger, would stare in shock. He’d then back up slowly, as he wouldn’t want to be noticed, and run away. He values his own life more than others.

Your character walks up to a shop in a quiet market. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer?

Hidom walks up to the counter, “Hello my good sir... Do you have any bread for a dwarf like meself? The store keeper answers, “Yes, I’ll sell ye a bundle fer a little 50 minas.” Hidom smiles, “Yes, I’ll take it.” He then sets the 50 minas on the counter, “Thank you, I’ll make sure I come again.”

I hope I do get accepted into this server, as it seems to have a great staff, great plugins, and a great community. All feedback is welcome.
