A quick reminder of the forum rules for guild section:

Guilds

The guild section is also in-character and you must adhere to the general server role-play rules. Remember and use out of character parenthesis whilst posting here as well, otherwise you will end up with some people annoyed at you. Before posting something about your own guild, make sure another guild member hasn’t already created a thread for it. If they haven’t then go ahead and post, ensuring that you include sufficient detail regarding your guild. Again you must maintain these smaller rules:

No Smilies.

No Text Talk.

and Always talk in-character.

You may post on a guilds thread, but not if you want to flame it. Only post if you have something regarding to the guilds ingame presence or if you wish to have a RP with the guild via the forums. This includes, but is not limited to: applying to the guild, declaring war, diplomatic announcements, guild banter, guild chat.

Please, try to follow this rule as much as possible.

There are various possibilites to communicate and chat, for example Skype, TeamSpeak3, Google Documents, Private Messages groups on the forums and more! Be creative and keep your guild topics clean of OOC so we all can enjoy the amazing Roleplay! ;)

EDITED upon request by ninja, someone was unable to read with the colouring on it.

Volutional's edit:

- If you post in the Guild section looking for a guild without posting in the actual LFG section, you may be issued with a warn (depending if you have done so before). One time offenders will only be verbally warned.

Note to FMs, remember to move such topics into the LFG forum.
