Decorate crypts or cemitaries, and since nether rakk and soulsand is out of reach for most of us, its a nice alternative for evil....ness look.(OR creepiness) Creation would be simple... [bone],[cobweb],[bone] [cobweb],[bone],[cobweb] [bone],[cobweb],[bone] The bones of course and cobwebs to act as an adhesive, so stick together(and it would look cool).
