Tempir Amedaius 12 Share Posted March 30, 2012 MC Username: BoltofFusion Rp Username (be sure to include the correct prefix, look up on info thread): Ja'Talviel, Ja meaning religious, or magic user. Talviel is just a name I made up. Character Skillset: Ja'Talviel is a fairly good talker, by this I mean he is able to prevent any situations from happening from just a few words. However, being a religious Kharajyr, before he convenes in any situation he always prays to the gods. However, sometimes religion couldn't get him out of the situation he would pull out his small stone dagger, just to protect himself he cannot fight all that good, he keeps the blade in his pocket, he is quick and agile. However, being quick and agile doesn't always make you a good fighter, let's put it like this... He sucks at fighting, he is able to use a dagger but not good at all. He has a much better chance to run off to get friends to help him, or just run off for good. He tries his best to run from the fight before he actually has to participate in fights, but like before, he is a coward. He can't fight good at all, he can use a dagger like stated before, but not good at all. He has a much better chance to get over Kharajyrs to help him, or just to run away from the fight for good. He also doesn't like anybody fighting, no matter what the circumstances. Appearance (age, SUBRACE, gender): His eyes is like panthers in a field of daisies, his outer-eye is a very faint yellow, like a yellow daisy.. His inner-part of his eye is like a panther, black.. It's like a panther laying in a field of yellow daisies. His fur is as dark as a night, beautiful, soft, and dark black. His fangs are as sharp as a dagger, jagged, sharp, used. His claws are like pocket-knives in your hand.. Small, sharp and deadly.. Some say they are as sharp as a golden sword. He is a Kha'Pantera male, 43 years of age.. Personality: Ja'Talviel is a very pleasant Kharajyr, not liking fights and hates it when anybody fights. He is a religious Pantera therefore he believes that violence is not always the answer. He is a coward, he is scared of fights, violence and anything that doesn't follow the law. He is scared of just about everything around. He prays whenever things are going bad for him with anything, he prays to the gods 10 times everyday. Please include a short bio of your character's life: He grew up with an adoring mother and father, like most Kharajyr's.. He used to go out into the fields and play with the other cubs and kittens, Ja'Talviel had a blast as a child. Getting older, he wanted to learn how to use weapons, not for the endangerment of others, but to protect his friends and family, his dad, Ja'Saerwen, put a blessing on that blade, to make sure that the blade would direct Ja'Talviel in ways of life. He took that blade with pleasure, he trained for many years, and still does today.. However, his father died when Ja'Talviel was 40 years old, from unknown cause. Wanting to further his fathers religion, he started praticing religion at the nearest place he could. He prayed many times a day: Twice to his father; Twice to his mother; Three times to the ancient Tla; and three times to the Aelkos. He prayed to show his respect to his people, his family, and his friends. His father had a huge impression on his life, including his mother. He loved his father and mother, but his father more. Just for the simple fact that he spent for time with Ja'Talviel. He taught him how to use his dagger, and he passed on his religious ways to him. He never forgets his days as a little kid, running through the fields.. Chasing other kittens and cubs... Coming inside to get training with the blade from his father.. He will never forget the times he prayed with his father.. He will never forget his family. He will never forget the ancient Tla, he will never forget the Aelkos they are ancient to him. They are his life, his blood and everything of him. Ja'Talviel couldn't live without them. He counts on them for his daily life. He still practices his blade like he did as a child in the fields, he hasn't hurt anybody with the blade and doesn't plan to. He sits in the fields some days, teaching little kids how to use the blade, just like his father did him. He tries his best to teach kids how to use the blade as an art, not as a weapon. He doesn't like fighting and is a a coward, he hates to see anybody fight. Therefore he wishes for more Kharajyrs to use the blade as an art not a weapon. He teaches his students for about three hours each day, teaching them how to use the blade properly, how to use it for self-defense, and how to use it as an art. "Knowing how to use the blade is an important skill" is what Ja'Talviel always said to his students. He always taught them to use it for good, and not evil. He always taught them to never hurt another Kharajyr unless forced. He didn't start you off big, he started as low as he could. He didn't like you to over exert yourself and cause injury. He made you make atleast three daily prayers before each lesson. One to mother, one to father, and one to the ancient Tla. This is to give him a blessing of flourishing with the blade, and to prevent injury. After his students started growing up, he got less and less students because he was getting older, one of his passions was teaching other Kharajyr's the use of the blade and how to use it properly. But deep down in his heart, he knew what he really wanted... He wanted to teach others of religion, how to follow it and why they need to follow it. He taught every person that wanted the class for free. He made them do five prayers before every lesson. Two to the ancient Tla, one to their mother, one to their father, and one to the Aelkos. This taught them that praying to them would give them a feeling of being blessed in heart, mind, and body. After every lesson, he made the students give three more prayers. One to the ancient Tla, one to their parents, and one to the Aelkos. After the prayers were finished they were to pay thanks to the Tla. Character's ambitions: He wants to further his fathers dreams as a religious man. He wants to further on his career as using a dagger, he doesn't want to disappoint his father. His dying wish to Ja'Talviel was to never give up in what you believe and think.. And to never let go of religion, no matter what grieves it brings you on the way, it's worth it. He wishes to try his best to stop any violence between Kharajyr of all kinds and he wants to worship the ancinet Tla more than ever heard of. _---Situational Rp Questions---_ 1. As you travel through the Karakatuan jungle, you spot a human trespassing on your nation's lands. He approaches you, obviously distressed, and asks for any food, water, or shelter that you can provide, then tells you that he has been lost in the area for days without any proper supplies. How do you react?:Ja'Talviel looks at the man in sadness and says a few words "Are you okay?" He examines the man, to see no bag. I ask the man "Do you need food, and water?" If the man says yes, I take him to my mother to treat. I run off to get food, and water. I return with the water and food and give it to the man. I say "Here is food. I will tell you the way out of this jungle" I lead the man out of the jungle and ask where he is from. I point the way to the Cloud Temple hoping the man knows where to go from there. Ja'Talviel waves bye to the man, and walks back home. 2. As you romp through the lands of the "apes", you come across a tavern. Inside this tavern, a Dwarf notices you and starts gawking at you, then begins to speak. "Oi! I gots a bowl of cream for you, Kitty! Ha! I'd bet you would make a nice throw rug, wouldn't ya, ya mangy furball?!" He continues act generally as racist as possible. What do you do?: Ja'Talviel looks at the dwarf, glares at him and walks to the side of the tavern. He makes a quick prayer to the ancient Tla and his father, hoping to not hurt the dwarf. He walks back towards the front of the tavern, and looks at the dwarf. "Stop making fun of me, give me the fish please and we can both be on our ways." If the dwarf keeps making fun of me, I quickly run behind the dwarf as the dwarf wonders where I went. He looks everywhere and sees that the fish is gone, and so am I. The dwarf curses a few times and continues on his work.. Ja'Talviel, hiding under a table quickly crawls out while the dwarf isn't looking. Ja'Talviel walks out thanking himself that he didn't have to hurt the dwarf. 3. One of your fellow Kharajyr and a close friend of yours comes to your dwelling in the middle of the night and begins to pound on your door. After you let him in, he confesses to killing another Kharajyr over a slice of cake. What do you do in response? Ja'Talviel walks over to the door and opens it. He listens to the story, worried for his friend. He asks for his friend to come make a quick prayer to the Tla and their father and mother. After the prayer is over, Ja'Talviel asks the friend who he killed, then asks where he killed the Kharajyr. After being told, Ja'Talviel says he will be at the site in a minute. Knowing his father wouldn't want to keep the Kharajyr inside the home, he runs to the Tla and tells him of his actions. Feeling guilty Ja'Talviel goes home, and sits by his bed wondering if he did the right thing in his mind, but in his heart he knew he did do the right thing. Before he lays down, he makes another prayer to the Tla. Do you swear to follow the Tlatlanni and uphold his law, and do you swear to hold Metztli and all of her actions as sacred? I swear, with everything I own and my family that I will follow the Tlatlanni and uphold his law with all the power that I can. I also swear to hold Metztili. I also swear to hold all of her actions as sacred. Please include a screenshot or 3D render of your character's skin I will be changing as soon as possible. I will be putting in a skin request for a Panter soon, for now I will be using the default one.
Praetor 1550 Share Posted March 30, 2012 DENIED It's pretty good, but I had to deny you for a simple reason. You say you char is a fearful guy, and he hates violence and fighting, always avoiding it, and yet you also say he is a foe to be reckoned with. I do not find it logic that your char is a good fighter, and yet a very scared person. He shouldn't be both. If you can edit it, and change that in a satisfactory way, I will pass over the 24 hour rule, and reread it.

Praetor 1550 Share Posted March 31, 2012 After lengthy talk with other KAT members, and other people, we have decided that this app is: REVOKED Reasons being: -2 Characters in one, Tigrasi and Panthera -Having a title in his bio from birth, which was Ja, which represents a big religious figure or magical user and he didnt do either in RP (Another person had it but I explained it to them and she understood. This title needs to be talked about. Like will anyone with a strong religious feel and follow the RP of believing her fairly well use the title? OR only for priests? I think only for priests.) -Not really a main religious figure or magic user. -Allover bad RP. Revoke is 1/
