Ameka is small compared to most. She is below the weight and height of an average Kharajyr. Her fur is light orange, and is covered with dark brown spots. Her hair is light brown, and is often covered in flowers.

Personality:

Ameka is quick, both physically and mentally. She was the fastest out of her litter, and can still win in any race against them. She does not think before she acts, which often gets her into trouble.

Ameka enjoys fighting. Making people angry entertains her. She is sarcastic and has no sympathy for other people's misfortunes. She could spend all day arguing over the prices of cheap items, physical appearance, gossip, and other meaningless topics. Ameka tries to stay out of physical fights, because of her small stature. She is easily hurt, and cannot fight even after a minor injury. If needed, she would try to use her small size and speed to her advantage in combat.

Even though she loves to argue, Ameka does not consider herself a 'bad' person. She still cares for those close to her. She helps them when they are in need, even if it means neglecting her own responsibilities. Ameka catches fish for a living, and has a secret talent for dancing.

Please include a short bio of your character's life:

Ameka was born to an average family. She was born as the first of 6 sisters. When she was a kitten, she would dance and play with her sisters. She liked to show off her speed with races, which she would always win. She liked the praise and attention from her friends and family, for being the fastest of the litter. Her sisters were jealous, but soon found their own strengths.

Ameka enjoyed watching the few dancers at the festivals. She always wanted to be like them, to have their grace and skill. She mimicked their dances until they were perfect. Her spare time was used refining her steps, making every movement more graceful.

Time passed, and the sisters grew up. The other sisters became interested in religion, while Ameka would rather run through the forest, catching birds and small animals. They all learned how to shoot an arrow from a bow, and Ameka additionally learned how to use a knife. Ameka did not enjoy the company of her sisters. She would often fight with them, about Metzli, the forest animals, or anything she could think of. She found this entertaining, and loved to hear her sisters constantly argue with her.

When Ameka was finally old enough, she started to fish with her mother. Each day, they would go to the edge of the river and her mother would teach her how to collect the fish. One paw in the river, one on land to keep balance. She learned how to kill it without damage, with her stone knife. She could cook it perfectly without burning the fish, or leaving it raw.

When Ameka was 20, she decided to leave her home and start her life by herself.

Character's ambitions: More than anything else, Ameka wants to find a way to dance for a living. She thinks it is an impossible goal from where she is now, and does not want to share this with anyone.

1.

As you travel through the Karakatuan jungle, you spot a human trespassing on your nation's lands. He approaches you, obviously distressed, and asks for any food, water, or shelter that you can provide, then tells you that he has been lost in the area for days without any proper supplies. How do you react?:

While Ameka is walking back from a fishing trip, she sees a strange creature running towards her. He stands upright, and his clothes are torn and dirty. His skin is pale, and looks as if he hasn't eaten for days. Ameka stops to stare at the creature.

What is this.. This thing? Is it dangerous?

The creature runs up to Ameka, and falls to his knees. "Please!", he says to her, "Please, if you could spare any food, any water, anything! I'm lost, and I haven't eaten for days!" She backs away from the creature, half expecting him to attack her.

Why is he here? I have never seen a creature like this before.

Ameka says to him, "You want food? Water? What you have with you? I trade you fish, water, for what you have."

"Thank goodness! I'm so very thankful for you!" says the human, as he reaches for his bag. He looks through the bag, and pulls out a rusty pan. "This," he says, "This is a pan which belonged to a great king! It's useful for anything from cooking to self defense! How's for a fish and a bowl of water for this?"

It doesn't seem too useful..

Ameka shakes her head, "What else you have, I give fish for more of pan?"

The human frowns, and takes a burnt book from the bag. "This is a book from the great libraries of Aegis! I managed to salvage it from the wreckage of the Cloud Temple, and brought it all the way here to this great land. Now, how's for this book and the pan?"

A 'book'? Why would I need that?

Ameka once again shakes her head, "You give something else. Then I give fish and water."

The human is now frustrated. Ameka smiles. "I, I will not give you anything else! This is all I have, now take it all!", he says to Ameka. She does not respond for a few minutes. The human's face turns red, "Do you not have any sympathy? I am lost, away from my own kind, surrounded by thick forests full of wha-"

Ameka interrupts him, "If you no pan, I give no fish. You go, far away." The human throws all of his things on the ground, and storms off.

Finally, he's gone.

She then walks down the path, with her fishing net still full.

2.

As you romp through the lands of the "apes", you come across a tavern. Inside this tavern, a Dwarf notices you and starts gawking at you, then begins to speak.

"Oi! I gots a bowl of cream for you, Kitty! Ha! I'd bet you would make a nice throw rug, wouldn't ya, ya mangy furball?!"

He continues act generally as racist as possible. What do you do?:

Ameka walks into the tavern, and looks around. The only one there is a drunk dwarf, who seems to be laughing at her. "You, kitty kitty! Wouldn't ye want t'e go back to yer little ca'nip and all?"

Well, look what we have here. A little piggy, I suppose?

Ameka stands up onto two feet. She puts her paws on the dwarf's head. "And you short, tiny as sapling."

Is it even worth fighting with him?

She sees a large axe strapped to his back.

He may hurt me.. And I'm out here, all alone. No one would come to help me! Maybe I should leave..

Ameka lets go of the dwarf, and runs out of the tavern and out towards the jungle.

And of course, I let go of a good argument. But I wouldn't want to take any risks, of me getting hurt.. I'll never go back there!

3.

One of your fellow Kharajyr and a close friend of yours comes to your dwelling in the middle of the night and begins to pound on your door. After you let him in, he confesses to killing another Kharajyr over a slice of cake. What do you do in response?

Ameka tells the Kharajyr to sit on the floor. "Tell me, why you do such a thing? You know I buy you cake!"

Oh no.. Why would he do this? I could have bought him a cake, if he just asked me. He knows I would do that for him!

The Kharajyr shakes his head, "I sorry, I never do again! I promise you!"

This isn't like him.. Should I tell someone? But, he would never do something like this! I wouldn't want him getting into trouble..

"You, you promise me, never do like again! You kill Kharajyr again, I tell guards."

I hope he doesn't do this again..

The Kharajyr nods, "I promise not to kill, but you tell no one!"
