Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I have played Minecraft since Alpha- release, and enjoy it very much. I've played on a variety of servers, and have a grasp of the game, along with interacting with other users.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: Roleplaying allows you to customize a character of your imagination, that you control completely. It's like writing a story, but you're are a character, and you can shape yourself anyway you want.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: I used to play on another RP server, and tried out different characters on the server.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: Knowing/ using out-side information (from the forums, teamspeak, or OOC chat) to your own advantage, something that you could not possibly know

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is: Giving yourself unrealistic powers that are ridiculous (breaking a stone wall in one punch, surviving an arrow to the head)

What do you expect this server will be like?: Lots of people roaming around, lots of conversations and stories, including conflicts, also a lot of events and things to do

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: VaultRP (Fallout RP server): Staff were un-organized, server was never secure/stable, server eventually fell through - Herocraft: I still play occasionally, community is full of negative people, repetitive (I also played on a small private server for the first six months multiplayer was out)

Character Name: Alkures "Twidger"

What Race are you?: Elf

What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race): Woodelf

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):Alkures was born into a small isolated-Elf village. His mother died shortly after giving birth, when Alkures was only half a year old. Shortly after his mother's death, the destruction of Aegis had began, and the undead had grasped over the world. The whole elf village had believed that they were safe, since they were far too isolated to ever be found, and could survive. Alkures' father knew that if the undead had occupied the world, the village would eventually be found, and that they weren't safe.

When night-time came, Alkures, still an infant, fled with his father towards the main road. They had found other travelers, who grouped up to get to the Cloud Temple. The undead were roaming along the road on the way, some of the travelers in the group didn't make it, but hours later they reached the Cloud Temple of Aegis. Alkures' father gazed upon the scene, citizens of Aegis were entering the Verge. He entered the portal with his child, knowing it the only hope for survival, to leave everything behind.

Alkures, still an infant, traveled on a boat with his father to Asulon. After weeks of sailing, they made it to the new land. Using his skills as a ranger, Alkures' father lived with his son in the isolated woods, to make safety a number one priority. As Alkures grew up, his father taught him many skills to survive, including hunting, fishing, gathering plants, and basic wood crafting. At age five, Alkures began traveling with his father to sell his supplies to inns, and other travelers. One night, at the age of nine, Alkures was staying at an inn with his father, outside of Galahar. Two guards had raided their room, and arrested Alkures' father for "conspiracy of treason" against the Kingdom of Renatus. Before the guards took Alkures' father away, Alkures was told to go to a nearby farm, where some friends of theirs lived, and tell them of the news. Alkures then followed his father's orders, and ran to the farm, to tell the couple what happened. The couple, both Elves, had adopted Alkures into their family after hearing the news. Six months later, they recieved news that Alkures' father had been found guilty in the court, and was sentenced to death, and later executed. Alkures' took the news badly, but the Elf couple were nice, and were always there for for him when he needed them.

Alkures continued living on the farm until age nineteen, where he then left the farm to make his own life.

What is your Character's ambitions?: To practice the skills taught by his father, gather supplies in the wilds and sell it to merchants, also study alchemy

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc): Bow

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents?: Survival in the wilds

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?"You two are shaking down this halfling, leave him alone, or I'll report you if I have to." (If the guards threaten back at me) "Run halfling, towards the nearest town! quickly" (I then defend and hold off the guards, and try to escape after the halfling is safe)

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? "Do you have any interesting wares for sale? Any deals? Would you like to purchase some of my ranger supplies? Perhaps some wood, plants, or meat from hunting?

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: "Hmmm, these items are valuable, and someone may come looking for them. I'll just leave them here incase they come back." (If someone doesn't claim them in several days, I'll take them and put them to use)

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? Would you traders like to barter for some of my ranger supplies? I also can do any work you would like me to do, I always need work."

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: "Sir, I would like to help end the bandit threat. I greatly despise greed, and will help at no cost, if that is ok with you."
