Several fliers are being handed by some men at the Cloud Temple and Arethor. Posters are hanged in these locations and to the small towns of Indelwood, Mireton and Gustaval as well.

House of  Tarus is Recruiting

All strong men and women art needed as warriors, to serve the Empire of Oren ,King Godfrey ,Duke Grand Marshal Ezekiel and his family and to protect the Empire.

Other people art needed as well for supplying and sustaining the soldiers including a cook, blacksmith and an expert archer. If thee art interested send a bird at Indelwood with an application and in order to arrange an interview.

Benefits:

A bed and chest  in the barracks as well as training weapons and armor is provided for free to recruits at  the end of the interview.

Food is also distributed to the men.

Payment:

The  people who art expert in the professions of blacksmithing ,cooking or archery art payed 300 Minas or more.

All serving art payed  accordingly and weekly, as long as they surpass the rank of recruit with a Footman's salary being 100 Minas and a Bannerman's 200 Minas. Pay is given in the end of an elven week.

Gifts art given as well to men who show loyalty, honor and persistence.

Requirements:

Honor , loyalty and discipline art essential. Banditry is not tolerated and anyone found acting in these ways wilt be immediately released from his duties , if not arrested.

Skills with either a sword, axe or bow art required or the will to learn one of these skills. Thither could be exceptions in people with exquisite skills in other weapons.

Thee should also be prepared to learn sailing in order to serve the Royal navy but it is not required.

All art required a personal interview and people who art recruited on person dost not hath to send an application in the dark lands of Renatus.

A person also requires to give an oath in the interview.

Uniforms  showing the person's authority art distributed at the interview and to the already hired soldiers. Sigils of the House of Tarus art given to all above the rank of footman.

Training: 

Sailors art trained  by Haelphon Tarus.

The master Archer needs to train rangers in archery and craft fine arrows as well.

All else art trained by Captain Amfionas in skills with weapons, survival techniques and the ways of war.((all roleplay))

Duties:

Daily duties art retaining order in Gustaval, Indelwood and the Empire in general mostly by killing bandits and monsters something not required to report if done sucesfully.

Some wilt be in charge of the gates as well for some hours.

Men must also attend training at least once an elven week.

Reports should be made for anything note-worthy that could cause chaos and disorder.

Recruitment is done here.I changed the original post since it was outdated and the whole topic would need to be deleted. I did not make another post in guilds or here because we have something like 4 in total. Any orders and updates with the men will be done here as well but I will be checking all posts.. As long with calls to arms for war.

Reasons for joining: I saw my notice replies to by yer response, an' noticed ye may be able t' accommodate me fer exchange of my craft. We both shall win wit' t'is deal.

Amfionas is sitting on the barracks before receiving a bird from the cloud temple. It seems the lad looking for job had responded.

He takes out his quill and begins to write a response to the dwarf.

"Thee art accepted and only need to meet me in person. Wait in the cloud temple for the next elven days so I can show thee the way to Indelwood."

He straps the letter to the hawk that delivered it and sends it off.

Generally there is more roleplay needed. Like how you learned about it and how you send the message. But the roleplay happened in the guild's section so I will let that one pass.
