how old are you? I am 13 years old. I'll be 14 in September

Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar? I have a good grip on English and have good grammar. I understand to roleplay well, you must communicate with others to properly interact. In my years of secondary we have started gcses early because we are an academy.

Small 2-3 Sentence Description of you: My name is Callum. I love to watch fantasy movies/shows such as the Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Game of thrones and Merlin. I love to socialise with my friends and generally have fun.

How much time could you be on the server weekly? On weekdays, I play three hours a day. On weekends, I play six hours a day. But since I’ve started my gcses the times will go down by a few hours.

what do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: Roleplay is like taking on another life, it being that one person you have wanted to be. To be a hero that saves the town from the undead or to be the undead and kill the hero.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any? I am currently playing Dark souls and Dragon's dogma I've also played a game called Skyrim.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: Metagaming is possessing information that your character should not know. Like looking at the dynmap to find a place, then walking to it. Or asking for stuff in OOC chat

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is: To me Powergaming is when a player is forced to do an action or is left with no other choice, by another player using /me. For example, Bob chops at Adams face and kills him instantly. That is Powergaming because Adam was killed. The right thing would be, Bob chops at Adam. And then Adam dodged the attack by rolling out the way. That isn't Powergaming because Adam responded

What do you expect this server will be like?: I think I will experience a great time, since the server is still expanding with more places for me to venture and explore. Also it’s a great way of meeting new friends and be part of the epic community

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I played on Nyan craft, but I left them once it got grifed.

Character Name: Rin Ashfield

What Race are you?: Human

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): Rin was always a curious child. Growing up in his family farm, he often shirked his duties to adventure through the woods the surrounded his home. His parents were small subsistent wheat farmers, only growing enough to feed there children and sell to buy other necessity's. While he grew up, he learned how to wield a small dagger, thanks to his dad, who served for a short while in the infantry. Once he grew to the age of 18 he left the farm, said goodbye to his family, and left for adventure.

He spent the next few years learning the way of the road, and got most of his money from doing odd jobs and package delivery through towns. He now continues his days traveling the road, hoping to find adventure in the wilderness.

Rin is now 22. He has red hair, green eyes, and shabby clothing. He is some what tall, and a little thin from long days on the road. Rin is if anything, kind. he likes to see the good in everyone, which often leads him in sticky situations. His curiosity causes him to go all over, and often trespass. He is a smart man, all though not a genius. He is not very strong, so he can only wield a dagger, and mine stone.

What are your Character's ambitions?: Rin's greatest ambition is to discover. He wants to explore that which has never been explore. Learn what has never been learned. Curiosity is his greatest fuel

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc): His dagger

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? His perception, especially for finding misplaced things, that could lead to hidden rooms or caves, and his speed.

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? Before pulling out his dagger Rin tries to reason with the men. When this fails he throws a rock at them and runs to draw them away from the halfling. He uses his superior speed to outrun the two. Once he looses them he doubles back and finds the halfling, and they travel together down from the cloud temple.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? Rin is very intrigued and buys one of the wares, a small watch, and thanks the man. As he walks out, he plays with the small pocket watch, and finds that the dial spins haphazardly, and does not actually tell time. Rin becomes confused, and returns to the merchant and explains how it is broken. The merchant apologizes and returns Rin’s money. Once again, Rin finds himself cheated whilst counting the money. He discovers the man gave him only 60 minas back, when he bought the thing for 75. He returns once more, to confront the merchant. The merchant says “Easy fix, just let me see your proof of purchase” Rin reaches for his pocket, when he realizes he received none. The merchant gives a wolfish grin and says “No proof, then how can I proof you aren’t trying to steal from me?” Rin becomes angered and puts his hand on his dagger. He then takes a deep breath release his clutch on his weapon, and walks out, thinking to himself that “Theres no use in trying on a man like that”

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: Rin enters the small hut with caution. He sees that the wall is rotting and the floor is covered with a thick layer of dust. The hut seems as though it could collapse at any minute, due to the failing supports, that have succumbed to rotting and termites. Using this knowledge he assumes the has been abandoned for over 20 or so years, and there by justifies taking the items, since there no use in an abandoned building. once he leaves he finds an appraiser to see the value, and maker of the sword, while selling the ingots to a blacksmith. The sword turns out to some what of value, and Rin sells it to the appraiser and uses his new found money to help a local orphanage

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? Rin approaches the camp carefully. He scouts the area and finds the camp to be a safe human and halfling trading camp. He approaches from a clearing, as not to surprise any guards. He is greeted by a larger man who smells of alcohol, and seems to run the place. He trades what he has found on his adventures some much needed food. He then talks more to the large man, and is invited to travel with them as a guard and scout. Rin accepts and becomes good friends with the men of the camp, as they travel. Once they reach a small town, Rin bids his new friends ado, and continues alone on his travels



You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: He offers to be a scout and explores the nearby area, in hopes to find where the bandits are hold out. Rin explores the hills near the road for a while, before discovering the bandits cave. Once he finds said cave he peaks inside carefully, to get a head count. He sees that the small group holds 6 men. He then looks around the cave to see if there are any other means of getting out besides the front entrance. After finding several such escapes Rin returns to the small raiding party and gives this information. The party leader then puts two guards at each escape route while bringing the bulk of the men towards the front entrance. The bandits attempt to run, but all exit’s are blocked, so they are captured without blood shed. The party leader gives Rin a fair amount of gold, which he uses to feed himself, and then gives the rest away to the people who were robbed on the road
