*You arrive in your local city, and you notice a message on your board, offering work* Are you a professional miner? A man looking to make it rich? Well this guild may be just the opportunity for you! The dwarves of Kal'Dwain have got together and created a good paying, professional group of miners of all races and creeds, with the goal of creating riches for all!

Working environment and expectations

Workers will be mining in the city of Kal'Dwain, a beautiful dwarven city which is seated upon a grand, vast amount of ores that are just waiting to be mined up by any eager miners that are willing to work for a decent pay.

Rules

1. Stealing of the ores will result in the severe punishment or expulsion of whoever commits the crime.

2. You take orders from Morkas Ironfist and Hogarth Ironfist, and not from anyone else.

3. Orcs are not allowed into the city, if you let one in, it will result in expulsion from the guild, and hatred from all dwarves.

4. If you are a race besides the dwarves, you will respect all dwarves as if they were one of your own race.

5. You should work at least 3 elven hours each elven week. Lack of doing so will result in a one time warning, and a second time expulsion.

Ranks

There are a few ranks that you can progress through as you become a more helpful, beneficial part of the guild, as well as a personal gain for you.

Gold Miner

At this rank, you now are the highest rank of mining. You are now paid 100 minas for each elven hour you work. You reach this rank after 30 elven hours of work.

Iron Miner

At this rank, you are now a step above the coal miners. You are now paid 75 minas for each elven hour you work. You reach this rank after 15 elven hours of work.

Coal Miner

This is the first rank in the guild. You are paid the base wage of 50 minas for each elven hour you work.

I can't understand why you're shutting down this company... the whole point of this was to make it a separate operation from the dwarves, in a city that we recieved the "ok" from the thain of the land itself... I personally think that this is something that we could discuss. If this is your final decision, however, I suppose that I will have to comply.
