I enjoy playing L4D2, Diablo 3, TF2 and other MMORPG games there is out there. I currently am in my school's basketball and soccer team and enjoy reading books with series. EG Harry Potter,etc

How much time could you be on the server weekly?:

I normally play 5 hours each day. From Monday to Friday and can play more than 5 hours for weekends. Due to the fact I have school and other extra curriculum activities, this might not be compulsory.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you:

Role playing is when two or more people take on a personality, trait, actions, and mannerisms that aren't their own in order to act out a scenario, or part of a game, or similar. Think of it as acting. In fact, it "is" acting.

If you think about it, actors take on 'roles' for a movie or a play. 'Role playing' is acting out a role.

So these people are acting out some scene, game, movie, whatever, that they know about and are comfortable doing online. It's actually quite fun with a good group of people.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?:

I played on various Role-Playing servers for Minecraft and enjoy playing games on PC that relate to RP like Skyrim, Diablo 3, etc

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is:

Meta-gaming is a term used in Role Play games. In most role play games there is in character chat (IC) and out of character chat(OOC), Meta-gaming is using Out of Character knowledge, in character chat. Here's an example of meta gaming, In character chat: "your mom" "log on to your alt" "I have to go wash the dishes brb." "How old are you irl"

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Emoting is:

A power-emote is when a character makes an emote that affects another party, but does not give this other party any say in the matter or a chance to respond accordingly. For example:

Bruhnor stabs Mongo through the eye with a cactus

Power-emotes will mark you as a poor roleplayer and you will soon get a reputation in the RP community. No-one likes to have other people controlling their characters, so if you start forcing emotes upon people without giving them any chance to respond you may soon find yourself black-listed and added to their ignore list.

It means out of character, IE, the person isn't talking as their character, but as themselves.

Example, someone playing Harry Potter in an RP, might write:

I hate Voldemort!

OOC: Actually, he's pretty cool.

It's the person speaking not the character.

If it's like other RP games ic means in character. What your character would say in context to the game world your playing.

Opposite of oc out of character when your talking about what you saw on tv or asking for help on a certain quest or monster in the game not related to the character your playing.

What do you expect this server will be like?:

I would expect that this server will be full of dedicated role-players otherwise, I wouldn't spend my time writing this. I have a couple of friends which also play on this server and I wish I could join the LoTC community and fun!

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

I played on Age Of CityCraft and I left that server because it was getting a bit boring and all we did everyday was the same thing. RP events weren't held on a regular bases it's getting to become a bit tedious.

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

Well then, I guess I should start with my childhood…

As a child I was brought up in small village that was on the ridge of a big city ruled by a dictator, but I don’t care for him so he shall not be mentioned by name. So in the town I was raised by the town's martial artists, why him you may ask. Well stop asking questions and read, all the children who had their parents killed in battle were raised by the martial artists. Now don’t be thinking “Oh god here is a child that just wants to find her parents killers,” because that was the furthest thought from my mind during my childhood. In our town we do not vote anyone into power, but to see who is our higher powers and of course see who our lord or our occasional lady is by whomever has won the most battles and killed the most souls and those children whose parents die in battle, they get treated above those who haven’t. Since the town was a fight hungry town, it wasn’t unexpected what happened years after.

You see for years we have been causing trouble for the nearby town and taking their food stocks. So, one day their dictator decided to send his little army to eliminate us, they attacked us at night it was his usual cowardly way. For some reason I will never know, they had decided to kidnap the children and take them back to the city so I didn’t know what has happened to my town. On the way to the city we stopped to set-up camp and rest for the night. During the night a neighbor's child had escaped his cage to set us free, when we were free the kids ran for it, but I couldn’t... I needed to do something. I went to the captain's tent and stole his sword and ran off with it, unfortunately for me I didn’t know which way we came from and ran in the opposite direction.

For years after that I have traveled, living on my own in the wilderness and fighting the occasional bandit. One day I attacked this random traveler and before I was about to cut open his throat he asked me my name, I gave him no response but with that I dropped him to the ground and walked about, after that he yelled back at me as I disappeared into the forest, the words are still buried into my head today: “Your actions fall as elegant as the rain”. After that day I had decided that I need to name myself and from that day forth I have chosen, Suigetsu Mizu. Now you may understand the Suigetsu part, but I chose Muzi because it was a title given out in our tribe for the one who loves the thrill of the fight, and well I am a lover of fights.

What are your Character's ambitions?:

Suigetsu dosen't have any set ambitions. All he whats is to do is to bring peace and prosperity to all the places he journeys to and educate the people there.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc):

Suigetsu likes his own crafted swords. He chants a blessing after he has crafted it and waves it in the mist when the full moon is out. This was supposed to bring him luck and strength. He does this to all his swords he makes.

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents?

Suigetsu can expand and contract his limbs at will to weld any sword he may find. One of his well known weapons he welds is called the Samehada.

Other Information about your Character:

Suigetsu is a loyal and honest man. He was taught this by his bigger brother. He was also told not to go into battle unless necessary and not to anger anyone unless needed to.

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?

Suigetsu sees the small halfling in distress. Being harassed by two armed warriors, he slowly approaches them.

"Hand over every thing you have halfling" said guard #1. "Yeah Yeah, Hand it all over" Said Guard #2. " Guys guys whats the whats happening here" Suigetsu butted in. The armed guards slowly turned towards him. One of them holding onto the halfing not letting him escape. "I dont what to cause any violence here but if I have to, I will."Suigetsu said calmly. The guards grunted and looked at each other. A few seconds later, abruptly, one f the guards lashed out his sword. Suigetsu quickly back stepped away from the blow. "Hey... What was that all about??" " The guards didn't answer. He kept swinging his rusty iron axe at Suigetsu but all of the hits were misses. Suigetsu was getting abit tired of all of this. Then got out his Samehada, and swung it at the Guard. BAM! The guard lay restless on the floor. Suigetsu looked up and at the other guard but he was no where to be seen. The halfling looked at him in awe,

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?

"Well, I was looking for some materials which I could use to reinforce my Samehada." replied Suigetsu, "I would love that Red Ruby there but your prices seem to be pretty high and all I have on me are 10 Gold coins" "As I normally don't have much costumers, I'll sell it to you for 9g"

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?:

“Look at all this good loot,” Suigetsu smiled as he looked at it. “But I wonder if this belongs to someone” “This could mean alot to them but not alot to me,” “ I might as well just leave it here and come back and see if its taken. Two days have passed, Suigetsu walks down the same road into the abandoned cottage but surprisingly enough, the iron bars and the golden sword haven’t moved where Suigetsu last placed it. “O well, more ale for me” As he walked happily away.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you in the common tongue, how do you respond?

“ Many greetings to you to,” “ I Suigetsu Mizu have been traveling for many days but have grown weary and hungry after all of this.” “My rations of food and water have been all eaten and I haven’t had a good nights rest. I wonder if I could join your camp for a couple of days?” Suigetsu said in a peaceful tone. “As we all say the more the merrier” “But I , The leader of this camp, have a special, how you say, a task which you mast complete in order to join our camp” Responded the Leader of the trading camp. “What might that be?” said Suigetsu. We are currently low on supplies to and wish if you can help us get more food,water and such.” “I would gladly help!” “Its the least I an do for your help”

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?:

Suigetsu walks towards one of the guards, eavesdropping on information about the bandits which lived outside the town on the main road. “ I heard they have 5 members and are brilliant fighters” “Especially the leader, he wields a might axe and is said no one has defeated him whispered guard #1 to the other guards. “ Yeah yeah, thats what I heard to,” “The general are giving the town folks a run for their money” responded the other guards.

“Pfft,, undefeatable, good fighters, might axe. All of this are only childs play to me” as Suigetsu slowly backed away from the group and out the town gate, onto the road.

This might not be an awesome application, or a very fancy one but I hope its enough for it to be accepted.
