In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: Using information your character is not aware of in-character. For example: Jeff says in teamspeak "Dude I'm being ambushed by a orc outside of our town." Then Jeff's friend named Rob follows that info and comes to that destination and kills the orc. Rob was meta-gaming for using that information, His character should had NO CLUE that Jeff was in that situation.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Emoting is: Using actions that makes the role-play unfair. Example: *Jeff walks up to Bill slicing his throat* Bill had no choice in the matter therefore making it power-emoting.

In your own Words, define what Out of Character (OOC) is: Talking to your peer's as you normally would on a regular minecraft server. To be brief: Talking about stuff not in character.

In your own Words, define what In Character (IC) is: When you are role-playing your character and not speaking about subjects outside of the roleplay. For example Von says "How goes your quest?" = In-character. And now a example of not being in-character WTFBrandon asks shadowmage "Hey man how you doing? I heard you got past the trial with the weird wizard guy.".

What do you expect this server will be like?: A wonderful experience with a great community.

Almost all of the RP server's i have been on have been shut down, only one that i remember is a terraria server called "The legend of Anthia".

How did you hear about us?: Someone brought it up on a server and i thought i would try it out.

Character Name: Von

What Race are you? (You may only be Human, Orc, Elf or Dwarf!) : Human

What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race): None

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): Von grew up in Asulon with his dad being a blacksmith and his mom as a house wife, Von got experience with forging from his father teaching him lessons. Once Von was the age of 16 a deadly plague had broke out which spread across the land, His village had been hit by the plague as well. As days passed so did victims of the plague in the village, Von's father had started coughing pretty bad but his father said it was just a cold and carried on with his work. As time passed Von's father has gotten worse, And Von's mother is starting to show symptoms too. A couple days later Von's father has passed away and Von had to dig his father's grave, After father had passed on Von's mother's Condition developed to a critical stage. Von was one of the few in the village that was still healthy, 2 days after that Von's mother has passed on as well. Von dug his mom's grave right next to his father's, Von was heartbroken and lost without his guardians and decided to leave the town before he got infected. After Von left the village he came upon a port town that was renowned for it's pirates.

3 years later Von had became 19 and found some work as a pirate for a local pirate crw. He took quite a liking to the job and worked as a crew member for 2 years, Over those 2 years Von and the crew have gone through lots of life threatening situations. Von had developed master swordplay and great leadership skills as well as other features a captain should have over the his years as a pirate. Once Von had said farewell to his peer's He left to start his own crew, He gathered his crew in less then a year from around the land. He was not asking for a perfect crew and took anyone that was decent, After he got his crew he purchased a ship and began his adventure with his crew. 2 years later Von had came upon a shipwrecked vessel and found a map that leads to a island where diamonds are common as coal and the tree's bear golden apples, Determined to find this island Von had searched for 3 years until they finally found it.

Von told his whole crew besides 3 members to disperse into the rowboats and head towards the island. They arrive onto the island's sandy beaches and are welcomed to a pitch black sandy beach and a very thick jungle, The air was very humid and the sand was very rough. The crew and Von adventure into the jungle with high hopes, They spent a week searching for a temple or some kind of land mark but they found nothing of the sort. They started mining for the chance that the common diamond fact was true, instead the men found lots and lots of coal it was vice versa, They searched for golden apples and have not found any. Von orders the crew to retreat back to the ship, They walk towards the beach with very depressed faces. Upon arrival at the beach they have found out that the ship is gone and the rowboats were destroyed, They found out that they were betrayed by the 3 crew members that they were left behind. Von and his men are furious upon discovery of this fact, They had no food or water and were deserted on this island. After days have passed and no word of safe food or water they start considering cannibalism, Von told them to stay strong and keep searching for resources and to rest. Von awakes to the news that 7 members were killed fighting each other 3 of them attacked a group of 4 trying to kill them and then eat them. Von was furious the fact that they did not heed his warnings, A member of the crew had found a good amount of regular apples, Most of the crew eats the apple's but the rest did not trust the fruit. Moments later the crew members that had eaten the apples started getting itchy and hot, after a hour passed the crew members that eaten the fruit had their effects worsen and started scratching their flesh to the point where it was raw and bleeding. 2 hours later the victims of the fruit had started coughing out blood and throwing up, It went on for 6 minutes then followed by their death. Von passed out from the grief that he had let this happen to his crew, While he was passed out every remaining crew member besides 3 members (including Von) Started eating the corpses of their fallen comrades. The taste was disgusting but at least it was something, After they finished their meal they started having the same symptoms the fallen comrades had. After time passed the cannibals have passed on in the same way their previous peers had, Von awakens to see that he and 2 other members were what was left of his crew. Von went searching for something to eat such as crabs or any close to shore fish, He found nothing on the beach and headed for the jungle. When Von had started heading for the beach he heard his crew member's talking, He decided to listen in on their conversation and had discovered the fact that they were planning on killing Von in his sleep and eating him. Von was shocked at the news of this and walked back to them acting as if he heard nothing. He then told the crew members that he had not found anything, And that they should rest. Once Von knew that the crew members we're asleep he picked up his sword and started walking towards the sleeping crew members, He raises his the sword above his head with tears in his eyes and impales one of the last 2 crew members right through the heart resulting in instant death. Surprisingly the last crew member did not seem effected by this and was still fast asleep, Von pulls his sword out of his Ex-comrade's chest and slices the throat of the last crew member with deep despair in his eyes. Von had lost his sanity and kept saying to himself that "I did not have a choice, I had to kill them! Or they would have killed me!". Moments later Von had realized that he had no chance of surviving and that he was better off dead, He walks over towards the shore of the island as the sun falls. Right before Von slides into un-consciousness he see's a boat coming towards the island, Then Von collapses in the sand. He wakes up on the island of Empyreal in the capitol D'hara with no memory of his past, The only thing he recalled was his name. He had been saved by Stave a sailor who lives in D'hara, He was the man who was captain of the ship that Von had seen before he blacked out. (NOTE: This has been approved by the owner of D'hara and several other members. ALSO Von killed those 2 crew members BECAUSE they were going to kill him, It was self defense. So don't say it's a villainous act and deny me for it. Oh and almost forgot, As stated in the bio towards the end Von lost his memory of his pirate days. )

Each and every question must be answered with a minimum of a single full paragraph and entirely in RP.

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? Von is traveling from the cloud temple to witness a unsettling site, A halfling being mugged. Von approaches the two warriors and says "Excuse me Fine gentlemen, Sorry to intrude but may i ask what you are doing?" the warrior on the left says "Mugging this little fella." Von replies "Well that doesn't seem fair for the halfling, How about you leave him alone or i will beat you two senseless?". Von signals the halfling the sneak away while he distracts them, Then the warriors reply "You think you can win against us?!?". Von says " As a matter of can i can but it's getting late so I better get to the next to-" *Von pulls a sack of powder and throws it in their face's temporarily blinding them* Von breaks into a sprint and says "Nice talking with you gentlemen hope to see you again!" then get's to the nearest town and orders a room at the inn and slips into slumber.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? Von is low on funds, he spent the last of his money on some bread and water. Von continues down the road and spots a small stall with a well dressed man attending it, Von approaches the stall and asks the man "Hello do you need any work to be done? I do odd jobs." The man reply's "Sadly no.". Von says "It's quite alright, Hey do you know where a guy can get a job?" The man reply's "Yes down the road and take a right at the fork in the road and you will find a village.", Von thanks the man and follows the directions he was given.

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: Von kick's open the door of the hut, he walks inside and side steps to the right as soon as a arrow get's launched from the darkness. "Phew! That was close" says Von as he approaches the chest, He opens it up and takes the riches inside of it after that Von finds the nearest town and sells the loot for money.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? Von approaches the trading camp and says "Hello! I have been lost for many days, I'm afraid if i don't get any food or water soon i will perish. Do you happen to have any bread or water?" A man from the camp enters a tent and comes out with a loaf of bread and flask of water. Von thanks the man and consumes the food, In return Von protects the caravan until they reach their destination in Oren, After that Von wave's goodbye to the caravan and thanks them once again for saving his life.

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: Von had convinced the head of the guard to double his reward money, In return Von will assist them. At sunrise the guards and Von journey down the road for about 45 minutes until they reach their destination, Upon arrival he see's that the bandits are attacking a caravan. The guards charge at the bandits starting the fight, This battle had carried on for a steady 30 minutes. The guards had minor causalities but nothing major, Von and the guards return to the town. Once there Von is greeted to a nice hefty reward, The rest of that night Von was buying drinks for everyone.
