-Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself:

My name is Greg and I go to school Monday through to Friday so I won't be overly active on those days, although I can spare a lot of time on weekends. I like reading, computer games (RPG's in particular) and swimming.

-How much time could you be on the server weekly?: Depends on whats happening - anywhere between 5-20 hours a week on average. Probably a lot more on break and a bit less if I get a job later this month.

-How long have you played minecraft?: Single player from early this year and multiplayer on my friends private server for about two months.

-What do you know about roleplaying?: Not too much I suppose, what I have gleaned off a few less serious RP games I have played on (Runescape and yes - I DID roleplay when I played it - sad I know.) but I'm a fast enough learner.

-What do you expect this server will be like?: Fun? A tad hard for the first few hours/days while I still get my bearings and those undead attacks look like beastly fun (I watched the videos).

-What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

Pandemonium - Still play, but the death bans mean I don't spend a lot of time on it.

Friends Private Server - Has a tendency to lag insanely for long periods of time so I gave up on that.

-Character Name: Alek Treefeller

-What is your Race?: Human

-Biography: Alek was born to a modest family of lumberjacks in Oren, living a humble but comfortable life in the land around Winterfell. His early life was uneventful until the age age of four at which point his father was gored by a pack of wolves while out cutting firewood. His father survived but was left severely crippled by the ordeal, leaving his mother to provide for the family. Life suddenly became much harsher.

Three years later the harshest winter to hit Winterfell in almost a decade struck and one blizzard later the seven year old Alek wandered into his house to find his father sitting on his bed, staring blankly into space. He had a heart failure and had passed away as he and his mother had been out in the forest gathering firewood.

The event struck Alek hard but he did whatever he could to block out any thoughts of his fathers death as they not only made him feel vulnerable, but the other children also pushed him around because of it. The years passed slowly as Alek grew into a strong, burly teenager as a result of all the years of carrying firewood around for his mother. It was at this point where the real troubles in his life began to rise to the surface.

Eight years of bullying and constant hardship left Alek in a depressed state and the poverty his family was now in had not helped. While he was now doing some light work as a lumberjack (hence the Treefeller as the surname), but his mother had now left her prime years and had been injured so many times she could no longer work in the woods so their income had dropped severely and winter was approaching - and that spelt nearly certain doom.

Alek however was cunning and sought 'alternative' paths for employment: namely crime. He joined up with a group of local youths and a few adults who ran a crime ring inside the city running everything from bump-and-grabs to armed robbery. With his newfound wealth he managed to save himself and his mother from the fast approaching winter.

A year of criminal activity passed - Alek, was now sixteen and had managed to get his mother work as a seamstress. However he was still only an initiate in the gang he had joined the year previous and now it was time for him to prove himself. Having discovered how profitable protection rackets had been over the past months, the gang had proceeded to force several shopkeepers into paying a cut of their profits in exchange for 'protection' from 'accidents'. However an innkeeper had refused to deal with the thugs and they sent Alek to ensure that he wouldn't have an inn to keep anymore.

With the aid of a dry day and a combination of flints and a piece of steel, Alek lit a fire that quickly engulfed the inn. However there were complications: at nearly the same time a strong wind blew into town and the blaze spread to other nearby buildings - including the other where his mother worked.

As soon as the blaze was under control Alek began combing the rubble for his mother - only to find a charred corpse. When he returned to his fellow gang members he only found one: a boy named Nicholas who was armed with a rather large knife and was under orders by the gang to kill him and hand his body over to the guards so as to avoid their discovery. The young man however was a year his junior and had no experience of any sort with weaponry and when the fight broke down into a brawl, Alek quickly came out on top, wanting o more blood on his hands, let the other boy escape with nothing more then a black eye and a broken arm.

With both the guardsmen and criminals out for his head, Alek gathered up whatever he could in a hurry and fled towards Al Khazar to start a new life: he obtained a legitimate job as a lumberjack while simultaneously working in the city militia for additional income.

-Character Age: Nineteen

-Character Appearance: Youthful, burly with scarred arms and legs.

-Character Personality: Strong, ambitious. While slightly remorseful for causing his mothers death, he blames it primarily on letting other people control his life - something he swears he will not let happen again.

-Your ambitions: Make money, drink ale and not go back to his criminal roots.

-Can your character read or write?: He can do both, albeit very poorly.

-Can your character mine?: His handling of a pickaxe is incredibly poor, he can make up for it with brute strength.

-Are you a capable builder?: I wouldn't say 'capable'.

-Can you wield a sword?: His time as a criminal and as a guard has taught him to use weaponry quite proficiently.

-Enjoy Farming?: He doesn't enjoy it, but will do it if it means he won't go hungry.

-Does your character have any special skills?: He considers himself as a good judge of character and an excellent lumberjack.
