I'm Grimling StoneKnuckles, and as the owner of Nectar Island is away, I have been given ownership by Vladislav. I am to control Nectar for the time being, and make it a working city once again. For any and all members of the Island, you must post your name next to your House or stall (Or post on this thread) Showing me I am not going to sell an owned house. You have 3 elven days to respond, after that your items will be moved out to the courtyard or Nectar, and left until you desire to have them returned to you. Now as for the future of these houses, and to any one wishing to join, houses will be for sale in an elven week. Taxes, when activated, will be a tax of 100 minas an elven week, and front costs will be 750 minas.
