*Hiebe posts a note onto the notices boards around the city of Karik*

Due to increasing amounts of reports, I will use a law of all seizing of books concerning the Monks and or people who have been in contact with them. Any outsiders caught searching for these books in Karik shall be arrested. All guards be on the lookout for outsiders as many people have been entering our halls disturbing the peace. May the Paragons watch over you.

"Aye, books of heretical nature must be confiscated to protect the minds of the unknowing. However, as long as I am still in these halls I will make sure that no buring of books takes place. These books must be archived, so at the time of their judgement, the heretics will have written record or their blasphemy that they must explain"
