I'm not going to go into detail explaining but suffice it to say that this serves a duel purpose. One, allowing those who interact with Maellik to not react to the physical change as if it were overnight. And second, allowing me to continue some semblance of RP with the server down. I'll add another entry each day the server is down. Also, please note that while these are technically written documents in RP I've put them down with an accent to add character to the reading. Enjoy. Entry 1 Ah've noticed a few bright strands in ma beard. Ah'm nae sure w'at dey cum frum. No matta, ah've too much work to do ta worry 'bout it. ((At this point, if the server had been up, people around Maellik would have started to notice a few stray hairs of different color in his beard and on his head)) Entry 2 Et's been a few weeks. Da loighta 'airs 'ave been gettin' more numerous lateleh an' ah've got a few solid streaks o' blond in ma beard now. Luckeleh, people 'ave started gitten used ta it an' ah dun git so maneh bludeh questions 'bout it aneh mo'. Ah've no idea w'at is causin' dis an' ah'm goin' ta speak ta Kazraden tomorrah. Maybeh 'e can explain dis sudden change. ((By this time people are seeing and starting to get used to Maellik's hair being more and more blond)) Entry 3 Ma 'air is completeleh blond now. Ah spoke wit' Kazraden 'bout it foinalleh. 'e tinks it may beh an effect ov da cleansin'. Ah tink 'e may beh roight. Apparentleh mo' was changed in meh den da loss ov an arm... ((At this point Maellik's hair is entirely blond. Most people have gotten used to it)) Entry 4 Ah've foinalleh gotten used to da fact dat ma 'air is goin' ta beh blond now. Kazraden is quite sure it's frum da cleansin' now so ah guess it 'ad ta beh done. On anudder note, Tortek is worryin' meh ah bit. 'e keeps talkin' bout cores an' anvils un second an' actin' confused da next. Ah t'ought 'e would 'ave gotten ova dat energeh shock by now but ah guess not. Ah wonda w'ats goin' on... ((At this point nothing new has really happened other than Maellik is now concerend about the "crazy" episodes Tortek has been displaying.)) ((Anyway, I'm hoping to get some interesting forum RP from this. Feel free to respond to it as if it were the day of any of the entries. Please, when responding, specify at what time your response would be coming at. So, if the response you give would be occurring around the time Maellik wrote the first entry, head your post with ENTRY 1. Well behsides yer beard, 'uw 'ave ye been cousin? Ah 'ave noticed dat ye are actin koind uf udd w'en Ah am around ye.. Tortek then looks toward Maellik with a almost mindless stare, within seconds he grabs Maellik by the shoulders and speaks out Lad du ye knuw w'ere deh anvil is! Dis is vereh important, Ah must find it Ah am it's keeper! Deh core dat Ah saved must beh used suun. Can ye nut 'elp meh lad, deh anvil is meh loife.. As Tortek stops speaking he loses his balance, he then falls to the ground losing all grip on Maellik. Maellik lunges forward with a curse. Setting Tortek down gently he goes and opens Tortek's home, going back and dragging Tortek in. Setting him in bed Maellik shakes his head.
