I am a university student who used to pass the time with MMO's and am now trying to find the perfect minecraft server. I am studying Geology and often find my game playing both limited by my study time and my empty bank account. Have played almost every "AAA" MMO to hit the market and am still looking for that special gameplay experience.

-How much time could you be on the server weekly?:

A couple hours a day most days weekends are significantly longer.

-How long have you played minecraft?:

Since April 2011.

-What do you know about roleplaying? How long have you been doing it? What kind?:

I started roleplaying with a little game called Furcadia way back when and have tried it on and off for years as the fancy suits me. I wouldn't say I am an amazing roleplayer but I tend to create characters that suit my skills. I am not a stand out player meaning I don;t look to make my character a King among men etc etc. My characters tend to be keep to themselves quieter unremarkable people.

-What do you expect this server will be like?:

Exciting. Hopefully a new experience I haven;t yet felt. Something a ~little different from the average SMP server.

-What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

Personal servers. Various reasons. Hoping to find a server with large populations.

-Biography:

Born an only child to a long line of miner's in Al'Khazar, William Loire quickly learnt the tricks of the family trade. To the Loire's, a solid pickaxe in hand was all one needed to live a good life. Fortunately young Will received some schooling before his tenth year and received his first experience of the world and what lay outside the mines of Al'Khazar. It wasn't long until young Will was dreaming of exploring the world of Aegis, however, with each passing year he continued working the mines even after each of his parents passed on leaving him as the last of his family. He never forgot his dreams however and soon he was secretly stashing away small portions of cobble and iron. By his 30th year Will Loire had grown bold and upon finding a strong vein of gold decided he would take a few ore for himself in order to buy himself an exit from his life and from the city he had spent his entire life within. Unfortunately Will was caught, ore in hand, by his foreman and his years of stashing were promptly revealed. He was relieved of the goods, had his families house sold and was imprisoned. Two years later the man, without a coin to his name has been released and is ready to continue his life, maybe one day accomplishing his dreams.

-Character Appearance:

Brown hair brown eyes, 6 foot 1, muscular build. Straight out of imprisonment he is clothed poorly in cheap cloth and a few shoddy rabbit furs. Often unwashed, covered in soot and dust. He wouldn't be out of place next to a beggar. He has a sharp face with a prominent square chin and a rectangular face to match.

-Character Personality:

A quiet, hardworking human. Hardened from his time in the mines followed by his imprisonment. He holds no grudges however and seeks only to begin anew. He has a knowledge of the outside world through maps but is otherwise ignorant of what may lay in Aegis. He is not intelligence by any means but has a thirst for knowledge.

-Your ambitions:

Loire wants to leave Al'Khazar, and head North, visiting Winterfell and possibly living there for a time. He hopes to one day become a a great builder, starting of course with a new house for himself. He has nothing left to his name, however, so in the meantime he has to find himself some employment in order to put a bit of coin and material in his pockets.

-Can your character read or write?:

He can read for sure but whether his writing is legible...

Yes, as above he was raised to work the mines. He is quite adept at chipping away for those valuable ores.

His preferred occupation. His capability depends on the judge. He has yet to build anything but dreams big.

Not very well. He can probably lift one. He's never been trained in combat.

-Enjoy Farming?:

Never.

Not that he's discovered.
