Praetor 1550 Share Posted November 1, 2012 *Multiple notes are posted around Dockside taverns and close to docks. They carry a strange symbole on them, but are unmarked for the most part, with simple black writing upon them. As for the VA, I'm still not exactly sure, for this is still a plan in the making. You can always apply, and if you end up needing it, I'l find a reason to RP'ly discharge you. He pulls the note off the noticeboard and inspects the note further, narrowing his eyes as he passes the messier sections of the note. "Hmmm, Sailors ey? Might be the job for me!" Rillfane lets out a small chuckle as he folds the note and slips it into his inner robe pocket. Snake Plissken 637 Share Posted November 1, 2012 On one of his journeys to Arethor to buy materials to finish construction of his 'Bloated Boar', Captain Uldiir Frostbeard spots the notice and reads through it. After about half an hour of trying to make out the writing and then figuring out what it actually says, he writes a small, messy, badly spelt and punctuated note in reply on the back of it. It slows as it nears him, and mutters as it passes by. "You will be sent a message via pigeon." Before hurrying off into the shadows once more. He stops in his tracks and stares at it as it flees, frowning and trying to figure out what just happened. Giving up, Uldiir shrugs to himself and gets back to his business. Dash_Rogers 130 Share Posted November 1, 2012 A Sea side tavern near a human settlement is bustling with commotion in the night. Out the front doors stumbles Dash Rogers along with a number of others, all belting out in a rum buzzed roar, songs of merriment as they slowly depart ways. Dash himself moves on to the notice board and catches a glimpse of the note. With great interest seen in his illuminated eyes and great smile, he takes from his bags, a corked bottle of ink, a quill and paper, to post along side the inquiring note, Dash's resume that included his experiences as a naval captain in the Holm navy, his fishing ship exploits, crossing the planes from Aegis to Asulon, taking the skin fungal infected bovines aboard his ship to transport back to the mainland for trade and many others. He includes information of where he can be found and at what times to be easily found. After tacking up the reply, Dash begins to move along and away.
