Braxis 813 Share Posted January 9, 2013 Several Notice papers are seen all around every Oren Settlement and Fort in the Island. And Many more are sent off to Nation leaders and their Diplomats. The notice upon reading this you see the notice is on fine parchment and written in a highly detail penmanship and has the Symbol of the Oren Empire on it stating the following below. "Greetings to all who are reading this Notice. It has come to the attention to many Oren officials that many citizens of other nations, or diplomats have been by people claiming to be under the Crown's orders. This Notices soul purpose is to notify all Leaders, Diplomats and Newly founded Oren Nobility and Minor Lordings to say that only the Emperor may Order such thing and if such is ordered and Edict would be published and it would known across the Realm. So if any come to you claiming that the Oren Emperor has decreed such and has no edict nor if the Oren settlements or Military leaders do not know of this "Edit" that it is a false claim only to cause spite between groups and factions for selfish ones gains.And If any attack has been done without the edict or the Emporers personal seal tis work of vigilantes such as the ones Malinor has had and we be dealt with when caught. If one claims to be an Oren official such as a "Lord Regnant" has in the past and says your race is not welcomed and threatens to wipe them out with the "Emperors Blessing" They are nothing lies and are either twits or ones who wish to call ill tensions and break the Peace. If so remember their names and looks and report it to the High Sheriff or Grand Knight and they will be dealt with once caught. And if any Oren Noble or lordling is caught threatening entire races or nations with the might of Oren with them they shall be dealt with according to our laws will face their penalties as many have in the past. By the Laws and Customs of Oren since the Bloodline of the old kings have returned it has been only in the Emperor's power to make a decree of war no one else in the empire has such power. And once again if there is no Edict seen about said war or a "new law" then it is a farce. As you finish reading you see the Symbol of the Oren empire at the bottom. A young page walks around the oren settlement watching the elf draw the symbol shaking his head as he goes to pin more notices around muttering "Odd elf Drawing picture of a note? He scans the paper, his hands cripping the parchment, nearly tearing it. As he continues to read he calms and relaxes. He looks up to the messanger boy and gives him a firm militaristic nod. "Kae valah'leh lle Salume. Kae naeleh laurir tufer'san - Through his anger he forgets to speak in common as he sees the face of the messanger boy he responss again. "I sense the good intention of the humans. I'll write them a letter, if you send it to the writer you will be a hand of peace young human" He takes up a pen and begins writing. Handing the letter to the messenger once finished, intending for it to go to the author Through the four centuries of my life, I find that miss communication and misconceptions breed hatred, hatred that should never occur. The elves of malinor yet again strive for the isolationists neutrality of Aegis, yet there are others who have the indent to create a conflict and ruin peace. To communicate is to desire peace, a peace both our nations need. When future misconceptions occur I believe it prudent that we first pick up a pen instead of a sword. This incident of the mali'ker nearly mirriors the malinor's vigilantes. Vigilantes I might add that once three months later after their beginning of their actions, I was informed of them and dealt accordingly. Better communication is essential to both mend the tears of a seemingly ancient friendship and to achieve a global peace. Together we can silence the liars, Together we can stop the violence, and Together we can create peace; however, to do so we will need to properly assist and inform one another of threats such as these.
