In-Character Details

Character Name: Timothy Redwood
Character Race: Human
Character biography - Make this at least 2 paragraphs long, which must explain your character’s history, appearance, personality, age and any other details you deem necessary:

 

Timothy Redwood is a 25 year old human. He is roughly 6 foot tall, he has blue eyes, short black hair and has a black beard covering his cheeks. He grew up in a northern village called Mjolnir in the northern lands of Asulon. Timothy had a strong bond with his mother but that bond was taken away from him when his mother died of the tient of when she escaped Aegis from the undead many years ago. We worked mostly on the farm with his father, Charles, and his sister, Jess. In Timothy's youth he lived quite a happy life,except from his mothers death, until the Orc's attacked his village.

 

When Timothy was 12 his village, Mjolnir, was attacked by a large group of vicious Orcs. Timothy was tending to the cows in the stable when he and his father heard screams coming from the village. Charles, Timothy's father, rushed outside and handed Timothy a short sword big enough to do damage but not to big enough so Timothy couldn't swing it. Of course at Timothy's young age he had no idea what to do, he had played with brooms to imitate sword fighting. Charles and Timothy ran down to the village as fast as they could, but Timothy stopped halfway. He heard the screams of his sister, Jess. Instead of joining his Father he attempted to help Jess out of a burning hut where the tolls were kept, but his efforts were in vain. A giant Orc came a pushed Timothy over and dragged him away. Timothy watched at his sister burned. The giant Orc dragging him was stabbed by Charles, and as Timothy looked up the Orc's were leaving the village with a lot of loot. Timothy realized that his father was wounded very badly, his father manged to whisper into Timothy's  ear: "My son, visit my brother in their village to the south. Take this map, it will lead to directly to it" After that sentence Timothy swore revenge against any Orc that seemed threatening. 

 

Timothy went to his Uncles village and his Uncle, Alfred, took him in and taught him in the Art of Battle. It took Timothy 5 years to complete his training and become a village guard. It may sound bland but he was in charge of the village security.  Alfred taught Timothy how to smith and how to cook and how to chop tree's professionally so he could look after himself. Now at the age of 25 Timothy leave his Uncles village in search of a new adventure. 

 

What are your characters ambitions?: To protect the innocent, and to fend off threatening Orcs.

Open-Response-Questions

Each question here must be answered with a minimum of one full paragraph, and detail the scene you are given in the way it would happen in roleplay. These questions should be answered in first person. Be detailed, not short.

Upon entering the Mighty Human City of Arethor, you come across a shop-keeper calling out to sell his wares to passers-by. The shopkeeper is not a Human, he is a poor dwarf looking to make a living in a new city. What is your response?

I say: "Hello Dwarf, it make me sad to see that your people are in this state and mad that no one does anything about it. Here take some of my minas." I open my coin bang and give half of what is in there. "There you go, friend. Let me buy you some food and drink." Then I purchase him some food and some drink from a quality shop then I return the Dwarf back to his stand and carry on. I turn my back to ensure that he is safe.

 

You’re wandering the Oren Road late at night, when a large Orc begins to threaten a nearby dwarf. There is no help nearby, and the situation looks like it will escalate into violence soon, what does your character do?

 

Seeing the Orc threatening the Dwarf reminds me of my past experience and I rush in and shove the Dwarf out of the way,  not to hard to hurt him but not to soft to not get him out of the Orc's way. I find whatever is around that could help me defeat the giant Orc. I grab multiple rocks and throw them at the Orc's head then I throw one at his stomach then when he bends over because of the pain and knee him in the face and he is knocked out from the impact. I turn to the Dwarf:

"Are you hurt?" Dwarf replies: "No. Thanks to you I am okay as I was before he showed up." I then walk with the Dwarf to where he was going.

 

Whilst walking down the road to Malinor, you stumble upon an old man. His walking stick , looks weak and frail, and just as you are about to ask something, the stick breaks, and the man falls to the ground. As he falls down, a bag of Minas falls to the ground, and splits open. As you watch the multiple coins spill out, you peer down at the defenseless man. What does your character do?:

 

I help the old man to a bench nearby, then I collect his minas and give them back to him. I then go shop to shop looking for a bigger and stronger moneybag and walking stick. I return to the old man and say:

"Here old man, a bigger and stronger walking stick to ensure you do not fall again. Also here is a brand new moneybag big enough to hold your coins so they do not fall out." I then walk him to where ever it is he is going.

Your server lore is somewhat conflicting. You cannot be a human and be from Aegis, as it was too long ago. Have your character born in Asulon and have his life structured from then on.
