Role-playing: Roleplaying is when you take on the role of another character that you have

created with your imagination; you then live out their experiences and create

their story as you progress through the game.

 

Meta-gaming: Meta-gaming is when you mix IC with OOC for your own personal gain, such as mg’ing

a battles location even though you shouldn’t know it in character.

 

Power-emoting: Power-emoting is when you basically create or make a Character that is unable

to face consequences, such as being arrested and then soul-stoning out of the

jail to evade the IC punishment.

Full Name: Alice Dawn Greymane

 

Current Age: 22

 

Sub-race (if any): Human

 

Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long): Alice was

born into poverty, she was one of three children, unluckily for her she was the

only girl out of the three children. Her parents were simple peasants just

outside of Riven in old Oren, her mother was a washwoman and her father was a

hunter and trapper that was often out in the surrounding forest every day. She

had two brothers; Charles and James, both brothers often went out into the forest

with their father and learned his profession, while Alice stayed home and

helped her mother with the cleaning and washing of the clothing brought into

them every day.

 

When all three children were just entering into their teen years their mother passed

away, the local priest claimed that after a long life of strenuous labor, their

poor mothers heart just gave away. After their mothers death their father

became distant, he barely brought in enough to support the family and what

money they did earn, he spent on the bottle. Because of their fathers absence

in their live, Charles took it upon himself to try and support them, he went

out early every morning and made sure to come back with something for his two

siblings.

 

By the time Alice was 19 she was wed, her Brother Charles had been knighted and

had plenty of funding for her wedding, she ended up marrying a childhood friend

by the name of Roan Smith who by tradition changed his surname to Greymane

because of their Nobility status. Throughout the years of her marriage Alice

and Roan have had by some standards an enjoyable time together while living

with Charles.

 

Ambitions for the Future: She simply wants to help the less fortunate and live a happy life fulfilled by good deeds. 

 

Personality:

Nice, caring, pleasant, sometimes brash, and talkative.

 

Skills:

Cooking, Cleaning, some knowledge of the sword, she also knows a little bit

about first-aid.

 

Appearance (this must include an in-game screenshot of your skin): She stands at 5’2”

tall, weighing around 110 lbs, she has light brown hair and has deep blue eyes.

She wears a dark brown blouse with a light gray skirt.

1. Whilst in the mighty human capital you notice a dark-clothed figure stealthily

making his way towards the Emperor’s palace - he is clearly up to no good. There

are guards within shouting distance - what do you do?

 

Answer:

Alice would be too curious to resist, she loves adventure, Alice would follow

them and make sure she isn’t seen; from there she'd see what awaits her, if the

situation got to dangerous she might leave, but then again she might just keep

going just out of curiosity to see what might happen in the Palace.

 

2. Whilst wandering in the deep oak forest you come across a large clearing, in

which sits a small cobbled cottage. Outside it stands an unstable old man armed

with a small iron blade, surrounded by two heavily armed bandits - they appear

to be threatening him. You are armed with leather armour and an iron longsword,

how do you react?

 

Answer:

She couldn’t just let the old man continue to get assaulted by the thugs, so

she'd sneak up and knock out the bandits if possible. She'd then disarm them

and ask the old man about the situation and see how she can help him, while

they wait for a further solution to their bandit problem.

 

3. You are standing within the mighty human capital when you notice a small man

standing behind a colourful stall. You approach the stall and notice that the

man is selling a variety of general goods - he says that he is selling just

about anything and that he has no set prices. He is willing to allow you to

haggle and choose prices. What do you do? (Explain: your haggling, items of

choice and the discussion that happens).

 

Answer:

She notices a cloak, it is dark brown with golden lineing on the edges and a hood, She offer's a basket of fresh crops and a few gold pieces. Alice points to the cloak. "Might I trade my basket of fresh corn and wheat and a couple gold pieces for that cloak?" Alice says in an eager yet steady voice. The clerk smiles and points to it "This cloak my dear? This cloak is very rare, and hard to get, you expect me to trade for just crops and gold pieces?" Alice frowns and is unsure of what to do. She speaks up, "What do you wish?" The clerk looked at her and had a look of thought, he smirks "Maybe we can have a private chat alone in the back?". Alice slaps him and glares. "I want a fair trade nothing more, if you dont want my services then I'll just leave!" She goes to leave but the clerk stops her shouting "No, dont go! Might I just have a few more gold piece's and some fruit along with it and we call it a deal?" Alice smirks and walks back and happily says "Deal, not an issue" She grabs some fruit out of her basket along with the corn and wheat, and grabs a couple more piece's of gold coins and hands them to him. He hands her the cloak and she puts it on feeling its warm embrace, she felt secure and comfortable in it. She put the hood over her head and walks on her way back home. Merrily humming an old tune her mother sung her when she was little.
