As well, Al'Khazar was in Aegis, which fell to the Undead over seventy years ago. There's no way a 22-year-old Human could have been born there. He will have to have been born in a city in Asulon, such as Ager or Arethor. The server is currently set in the worlds of Elysium and Kalos, introduced after Asulon fell.
