Remember that you always must give others the chance to fight back in all situations. As well, Al'Khazar was in Aegis, which fell to the Undead over seventy years ago. There's no way a 22-year-old Human could have been born there. He will have to have been born in a city in Asulon, such as Ager or Arethor.
